Manufacturing Apparatus and Method for Pretension Concrete Beam
The present invention relates to a manufacturing station to manufacture a pretension type prestressed concrete (PC) beam, applying only an vertical axial force without generating a rotary moment inducing buckling with respect to a vertical reaction plate when a tensioning member is tensioned to apply vertical prestress in a pretension type to manufacture a PC beam (pretension beam), thereby preventing the vertical reaction plate from being warped to enhance the reuse value of the vertical reaction plate, and preventing the scale of the vertical reaction plate from being excessively increased to enhance manufacturing economic efficiency of the pretension beam; and a pretension type PC beam manufacturing method using the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing station comprises: a bottom part (7); the vertical reaction plate (6); first and second hinge connection members (1a, 1b) coupled to both ends of the vertical reaction plate (6), respectively, to be hinge-coupled to block transfer of the bending moment and transfer only the axial force to the vertical reaction plate (6); a settling side horizontal support (5); an extensible jack (3); and a tension side horizontal support (2) to tension the tensioning member (8) while being vertically moved. Accordingly, a reaction force generated in a process to tension the tensioning member (8) is applied to the vertical reaction plate (6) on an axis thereof as the axial force.
본 발명은 프리텐션(pretension) 방식으로 종방향의 프리스트레스를 도입하여 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 빔("프리텐션 빔")을 제작하기 위하여 긴장재를 긴장할 때, 종방향 반력대에 대해여 좌굴을 유발하는 회전모멘트가 발생하지 않고 종방향의 축력만이 작용하도록 구성함으로써 종방향 반력대에 휨변형이 발생하는 것을 방지하여 종방향 반력대의 재활용 가치를 향상시키며 종방향 반력대의 규모가 과도하게 커지는 것을 방지하여 프리텐션 빔의 제작 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 프리텐션 빔의 제작을 위한 제작대와, 이러한 제작대를 이용하여 프리텐션 빔을 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 바닥부(7); 종방향 반력대(6); 상기 종방향 반력대(6)의 양단에 각각 결합 구비되어 휨모멘트의 전달은 차단하고 축력만이 종방향 반력대(6)에 전달되도록 힌지 결합을 이루게 되는 제1, 2힌지연결재(1a, 1b); 정착측 횡지지대(5); 신축 잭(3); 및 종방향으로 이동하면서 긴장재(8)를 긴장시키게 되는 긴장측 횡지지대(2)를 포함하여 구성되어, 긴장재(8)를 긴장하는 과정에서 발생하는 반력이 종방향 반력대(6)에는 그 중심축에서 축력으로 작용하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리텐션 빔 제작대가 제공되며, 더 나아가 이러한 제작대를 이용하여 프리텐션 빔을 제작하는 방법이 제공된다.
