PREPARING METHOD FOR HYDROPHOBIC-GRANTED INORGANIC BINDER USING SILANE-TREATMENT AND INORGANIC BINDER BY PREPARING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic binder and an inorganic binder prepared thereby, and more specifically, to a preparation method of an inorganic binder imparted with hydrophobicity through a silane treatment, and an inorganic binder prepared thereby. The preparation method comprises: a step in which silane is added to a mixture containing alcohol and water, and the silane is reacted to be hydrolyzed; a step in which a silicate solution to be mixed with the hydrolyzed silane is preheated so as to adjust a mixing viscosity; a step in which the hydrolyzed silane and the preheated silicate solution are mixed for a reaction; a step in which silicate impurities reacted with the silane are removed by a thermal treatment; and a step in which the thermally treated silicate mixture is converted into a solution. The inorganic binder prepared according to the present invention may have improved anti-corrosive properties with respect to water and high thermal properties, and thus may be beneficially used in insulating materials, refractory materials, heat-resistant materials, and the like.
본 발명은 무기바인더 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 무기바인더에 관한 것으로, 알코올과 물의 혼합물에 실란을 첨가하고 상기 실란을 반응시켜 실란을 가수분해하는 단계, 가수분해 된 실란에 혼합될 실리케이트 솔루션의 혼합점도를 맞추도록 실리케이트 솔루션을 예비가열하는 단계, 가수분해 된 실란과 예비가열된 실리케이트 솔루션과의 반응을 위해 혼합하는 단계, 실란과 반응된 실리케이트의 불순물이 제거되도록 열처리하는 단계 및 열처리된 실리케이트 혼합물을 솔루션상태로 변환하는 단계를 포함하여 실란처리를 통하여 소수성이 부여된 무기바인더 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 무기바인더에 관한 것으로, 물에 대한 내부식성을 향상시키고, 높은 열적특성 구현을 가능하게 할 수 있어 단열재, 내화재, 내열재 등에 유용하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 무기바인더 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 무기바인더에 관한 것이다.
