FIXING ANCHOR BOLT FOR EXTERNAL WALL OF STRUCTURES
The present invention relates to an anchor bolt to fixate an exterior material of a building, comprising: a bolt body including a thread formed in one section along an outer surface and having a wedge part with a cross section increased towards one side of an end part; a support body formed on the outer circumferential surface of the bolt body and pressing a bolt cap fitted by the wedge part when being inserted into a hole of a wall of a building; and a reinforcement and supporting part including a reinforcement body and a plurality of reinforcement ribs. The reinforcement body is formed on the outer surface of the support body to assist insertion of the support body into the wall to minimize damage to an insulating material installed on an outer part of the wall. The reinforcement rib radially protrudes over one section of the outer surface of the reinforcement body to reinforce the support body. According to the present invention, a series of installation processes is simplified in comparison with existing anchor bolts to reduce installation expenses and enhance work efficiency, and fine adjustment is able to be performed in accordance with the position or angle of the disposed exterior material after the anchor bolt is installed on the wall, thereby being able to precisely and safely fixate the exterior material.
본 발명에 의한 건축물 외장재 고정용 앵커볼트는, 일 구간에 외면을 따라 나사산이 마련되며, 단부 일측으로 갈수록 단면이 증가되는 쐐기부를 구비한 볼트몸체; 상기 볼트몸체의 외주면에 마련되며, 건축물의 벽체의 홀(hole)로 인입 시 상기 쐐기부에 의하여 압입되는 볼트캡을 가압하는 지지체; 및 상기 지지체의 외면에 마련되어 상기 벽체 외부에 마련된 단열재의 파손이 최소화되도록 상기 지지체의 상기 벽체로의 인입을 보조하는 보강몸체와, 상기 보강몸체의 외면 일부구간에 걸쳐 방사상으로 돌출되게 마련되어 상기 지지체를 보강하는 복수의 보강리브를 포함하는 보강지지부를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의한 건축물 외장재 고정용 앵커볼트는, 종래보다 일련의 설치 공정이 단순해져 설치 비용이 감소되고 작업 효율이 향상될 수 있으며 앵커볼트가 벽체에 설치된 이후에도 외장재가 배치되는 위치나 각도에 따라 미세한 조정이 수행될 수 있어 외장재를 정밀하고 안전하게 고정할 수 있다.
