The present invention relates to a preliminary measures facility of forest fire or drought disaster caused by increase of global warming. People feel a serious increase in various types of disasters nowadays due to increase in global warming every time seeing and hearing news from various parts of the world. When drought damage to crops caused by the drought and the forest fire from all over the world out of the disasters occur, the disasters spread for a long time, causing a lot of damage to forest and destruction of houses so that great property damage is caused. Therefore, in the present invention, a super water tank is provided at a normal time, and water is supplied and stored by a helicopter or a pumping apparatus to minimize damage from disasters, wherein 50% of the water is supplied with sprinkler to sprinkle on sterile trees, and 50% is replenished with a 30,000 liter water tank to supply moisture to mountains and deserts.
본 발명은 지구온난화의 중가로 인하여 발생하는 산불 또는 가뭄재난의 예비대책시설에 관한 것이다. 지구온난화의 증가로 인하여 요즈음은 여러 형태의 재난이 심각하게 늘어나고 있음을 지구촌 여러 곳에서 발생하는 현장의 소식을 보고 들을 때마다 심각함을 느끼게 한다. 그 재난 중에서 가뭄으로 인한 농작물의 가뭄피해와 세계 곳곳에서 산불이 발생하면 장기간 넓게 퍼져 많은 산림 피해와 가옥의 소실로 큰 재산 피해를 입게 된다. 따라서, 본 발명에서는 평시에 재난으로 큰 피해를 입는 것을 최소화 하기 위해 슈퍼물탱크를 구비하여 헬리콥터 또는 펌핑장치에 의해 물을 공급하여 보관하고, 그 중 50%는 살수기로 공급하여 메마른 나무에 살수를 하고, 50%는 3만 리터급 물탱크로 보충하여 산이나 사막에 수분을 공급하는 산불 및 가뭄재난의 예비대책시설에 관한 발명이다.
