Hinge Junction Coupling Beam Type Steel Finger Damper
The present invention relates to a damper installed in a central portion of a connection beam for connecting two adjacent steel bar concrete front end walls. The damper comprises: a pair of steel members (100) installed to be spaced apart from each other in parallel at both left and right sides; an upper displacement increase and decrease transfer member (250) having hinge holes (22) coupled to an upper end portion of each of the steel members (100) to be rotated by a hinge bolt (33) at both ends of the left and right sides thereof to connect the separated steel members (100) into one; a lower displacement increase and decrease transfer member (200) having a hinge hole (22) coupled to a lower end portion of each of the steel members (100) to be rotated by the hinge bolt (33) at both ends of the left and right sides thereof to connect the separated steel members (100) into one; and a finger steel member (300) having multiple vertical extension pieces (310) upwardly protruding while maintaining intervals, wherein the upper end portion of each of the vertical extension pieces (310) is coupled to a central portion of the upper displacement increase and decrease transfer member (250), and a horizontally extended lower part is coupled to a central portion of the lower displacement increase and decrease transfer member (200) by a coupling bolt (44).
본 발명은 이웃하는 2개의 철근콘크리트 전단벽을 연결하는 연결보의 중앙부 내부에 설치되는 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 좌우 양측에 나란하게 이격 설치되는 한 쌍의 철골부재(100); 상기 철골부재(100) 각각의 상단부에 힌지볼트(33)로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 힌지구멍(22)이 좌우 양측 단부에 구비되어 이격된 상기 철골부재(100)를 하나로 연결하는 상부변위증감전달부재(250); 상기 철골부재(100) 각각의 하단부에 힌지볼트(33)로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 힌지구멍(22)이 좌우 양측 단부에 구비되어 이격된 상기 철골부재(100)를 하나로 연결하는 하부변위증감전달부재(200); 및, 다수의 수직연장편(310)이 간격을 유지하면서 상향 돌출되는 강재로서 상기 수직연장편(310) 각각의 상단부는 상기 상부변위증감전달부재(250)의 중앙부에 결합볼트(44)로 결합되고, 수평 방향으로 연장된 하부가 상기 하부변위증감전달부재(200)의 중앙부에 결합볼트(44)로 결합되는 핑거강재부재(300);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
