Elastic clip for rail fixing
The present invention provides an elastic clip to fixate a railway rail, comprising: a central pin having a straight bar structure, that is inserted and installed in a clip holder formed in a base plate of a tie; second side pins having a straight bar structure and disposed on both sides of the central pin in parallel; a pair of sleeves to connect the rear end of the central pin and rear end of the first side pin, and connect the rear end of the central pin and rear end of the second side pin in a single structure; and a locking fixation part protruding from the upper surface of the front end of a central pin, and preventing the central pin from being separated outwardly from the clip holder by shock or vibration when the central pin is inserted and installed into the clip holder. As such, after the central pin is inserted in and fastened to the clip holder, the first side pin disposed on both sides of the central pin in parallel at the different height through the sleeve is disposed to come in contact in a state of being received on an upper surface of a lower part of a bottom of a rail or on a pad, in the case which the pad is installed, and the second side pin is disposed to come in contact in a state of being mounted on the base plate; thus facilitating manufacturing and installation works. Moreover, the locking fixation part protrudes on the upper surface of the front end of the central pin to prevent the central pin from being separated when being installed in and fastened to the clip holder, thereby being able to stably fixate the railway rail.
본 발명은, 직선형의 바 구조를 가지며, 침목의 베이스플레이트에 형성된 클립홀더에 삽입 설치하는 중앙 핀, 직선형의 바 구조를 가지며, 중앙 핀의 양측에 나란하게 배치하는 제1측면 핀 및 제2측면 핀, 중앙 핀의 후단과 제1측면 핀의 후단 및, 중앙 핀의 후단과 제2측면 핀의 후단을 단일 구조로 연결시키는 한 쌍의 슬리브, 중앙 핀의 선단 상면에 돌출 형성되며, 중앙 핀이 클립홀더 내측에 삽입 설치된 상태에서 충격이나 진동에 의해 클립홀더 외측으로 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 걸림고정부를 포함하는 철도 레일 고정용 탄성 클립을 제공한다. 이와 같은, 철도 레일 고정용 탄성 클립은, 중앙 핀을 클립 홀더에 삽입 체결시킨 후, 슬리브를 통해 중앙 핀의 양측에 높이를 달리하여 나란하게 배치된 제1측면 핀은 레일 하단의 저부 상면, 또는 패드가 구비될 경우 패드 상에 안착 상태로 접하도록 배치되고, 제2측면 핀은 베이스 플레이트에 안착 상태로 접하도록 배치함으로써 제조 및 설치 작업을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 그리고, 중앙 핀의 선단 상면에는 걸림고정부를 돌출 형성하여, 중앙 핀이 클립 홀더에 삽입 체결된 상태에서 이탈되는 것을 방지하여, 철도 레일을 안정적으로 고정할 수 있게 한다.
Elastic clip for rail fixing
The present invention provides an elastic clip to fixate a railway rail, comprising: a central pin having a straight bar structure, that is inserted and installed in a clip holder formed in a base plate of a tie; second side pins having a straight bar structure and disposed on both sides of the central pin in parallel; a pair of sleeves to connect the rear end of the central pin and rear end of the first side pin, and connect the rear end of the central pin and rear end of the second side pin in a single structure; and a locking fixation part protruding from the upper surface of the front end of a central pin, and preventing the central pin from being separated outwardly from the clip holder by shock or vibration when the central pin is inserted and installed into the clip holder. As such, after the central pin is inserted in and fastened to the clip holder, the first side pin disposed on both sides of the central pin in parallel at the different height through the sleeve is disposed to come in contact in a state of being received on an upper surface of a lower part of a bottom of a rail or on a pad, in the case which the pad is installed, and the second side pin is disposed to come in contact in a state of being mounted on the base plate; thus facilitating manufacturing and installation works. Moreover, the locking fixation part protrudes on the upper surface of the front end of the central pin to prevent the central pin from being separated when being installed in and fastened to the clip holder, thereby being able to stably fixate the railway rail.
본 발명은, 직선형의 바 구조를 가지며, 침목의 베이스플레이트에 형성된 클립홀더에 삽입 설치하는 중앙 핀, 직선형의 바 구조를 가지며, 중앙 핀의 양측에 나란하게 배치하는 제1측면 핀 및 제2측면 핀, 중앙 핀의 후단과 제1측면 핀의 후단 및, 중앙 핀의 후단과 제2측면 핀의 후단을 단일 구조로 연결시키는 한 쌍의 슬리브, 중앙 핀의 선단 상면에 돌출 형성되며, 중앙 핀이 클립홀더 내측에 삽입 설치된 상태에서 충격이나 진동에 의해 클립홀더 외측으로 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 걸림고정부를 포함하는 철도 레일 고정용 탄성 클립을 제공한다. 이와 같은, 철도 레일 고정용 탄성 클립은, 중앙 핀을 클립 홀더에 삽입 체결시킨 후, 슬리브를 통해 중앙 핀의 양측에 높이를 달리하여 나란하게 배치된 제1측면 핀은 레일 하단의 저부 상면, 또는 패드가 구비될 경우 패드 상에 안착 상태로 접하도록 배치되고, 제2측면 핀은 베이스 플레이트에 안착 상태로 접하도록 배치함으로써 제조 및 설치 작업을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 그리고, 중앙 핀의 선단 상면에는 걸림고정부를 돌출 형성하여, 중앙 핀이 클립 홀더에 삽입 체결된 상태에서 이탈되는 것을 방지하여, 철도 레일을 안정적으로 고정할 수 있게 한다.
