CORE MATERIAL FOR SANDWICH PANEL SANDWICH PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SANDWICH PANEL
According to the present invention, a core material for a sandwich panel including a first polyester fiber which is a monocomponent fiber and a second polyester fiber which is a sheath-core type bicomponent fiber is provided. In addition, the sandwich panel including a core material derived from the core material for the sandwich panel and a surface material disposed on both sides of the core material are provided. Moreover, a manufacturing method of the sandwich panel comprises the following steps: mixing the first polyester fiber which is a monocomponent fiber and the second polyester fiber which is a sheath-core type bicomponent fiber; manufacturing the core material from mixed fibers by a dry manufacturing process; and heating and pressurizing the core material.
단일 성분 섬유인 제1 폴리에스테르계 섬유; 및 시스-코어형(sheath-core type) 이성분(bicomponent) 섬유인 제2 폴리에스테르계 섬유를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널용 심재를 제공한다. 또한, 샌드위치 패널용 심재로부터 유래된 심재 및 상기 심재의 양면에 배치된 표면재를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널을 제공한다. 또한, 단일 성분 섬유인 제1 폴리에스테르계 섬유 및 시스-코어형(sheath-core type) 이성분(bicomponent) 섬유인 제2 폴리에스테르계 섬유를 혼합하는 단계; 상기 혼합된 섬유들로부터 건식 제조 공정에 의해 심재를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 심재를 가열 및 가압하는 단계;를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법을 제공한다.
