The present invention provides an integrated toilet bowl. The integrated toilet bowl includes: a water storage tank unit (10) storing water; a toilet main body unit (20) integrated to the water storage tank unit (10) and treating defecation and urination; a water valve assembly (30) installed in the water storage tank unit (10) and supplying water to the water storage tank unit (10); and a flushing valve assembly (40) installed in the water storage tank unit (10) and washing the defecation and urination by supplying the water stored in the water storage tank unit (10) to the toilet main body unit (20). The water storage tank unit (10) includes a drain (12) and a sealing groove (13). The flushing valve assembly (40) includes a cover plate unit (41), a sealing protrusion (42), a valve sheet unit (43), a flushing valve (44), an overflow pipe unit (45), and a hinge pin unit (46). The purpose of the present invention, the integrated toilet bowl can minimize possibility of a leakage and can easily install the flushing valve assembly to the water storage tank. Also, the integrated toilet bowl can reduce manufacture costs by simplifying related components.
본 발명은, 물이 저수되는 저수탱크부(10), 저수탱크부(10)와 일체로 형성되어 용변이 처리되는 변기본체부(20), 저수탱크부(10)에 설치되고 저수탱크부(10)에 물을 급수하는 급수밸브조립체(30), 및 저수탱크부(10)에 설치되고 저수탱크부(10)에 저수된 물을 변기본체부(20)로 공급하여 용변을 세척하는 수세밸브조립체(40)를 포함하는 일체형 좌변기로서, 저수탱크부(10)는, 저수탱크부(10)와 변기본체부(20) 사이의 격벽인 저면(11)에 관통 형성되고 저수탱크부(10)와 변기본체부(20)를 연통하는 배수구(12), 및 저면(11)의 내측면에 배수구(12)의 외측 둘레에 링-형상으로 오목하게 형성된 실링홈(13)을 포함하고; 수세밸브조립체(40)는, 저수탱크부(10)의 내측으로부터 배수구(12)를 포위하여 덮는 덮개판부(41), 덮개판부(41)의 둘레에 링-형상으로 아래로 돌출 형성되고 실링재(S)를 매개하여 실링홈(13)에 삽입 및 수밀하게 고정되는 실링돌기(42), 배수구(12)에 연통되게 덮개판부(41)에 형성되고 저수탱크부(10)로부터의 물이 변기본체부(20)로 배출되는 통로를 형성하는 밸브시트부(43), 밸브시트부(43)를 개폐하는 수세밸브(44), 배수구(12)에 연통되게 덮개판부(41)에 형성되고 저수탱크부(10) 내에서 상측으로 길게 신장되어 일정 수위 이상의 물이 월류되게 하는 월류관부(45), 및 월류관부(45)에 형성되어 수세밸브(44)가 회동 가능하게 설치되는 힌지핀부(46)를 포함한다.
The present invention provides an integrated toilet bowl. The integrated toilet bowl includes: a water storage tank unit (10) storing water; a toilet main body unit (20) integrated to the water storage tank unit (10) and treating defecation and urination; a water valve assembly (30) installed in the water storage tank unit (10) and supplying water to the water storage tank unit (10); and a flushing valve assembly (40) installed in the water storage tank unit (10) and washing the defecation and urination by supplying the water stored in the water storage tank unit (10) to the toilet main body unit (20). The water storage tank unit (10) includes a drain (12) and a sealing groove (13). The flushing valve assembly (40) includes a cover plate unit (41), a sealing protrusion (42), a valve sheet unit (43), a flushing valve (44), an overflow pipe unit (45), and a hinge pin unit (46). The purpose of the present invention, the integrated toilet bowl can minimize possibility of a leakage and can easily install the flushing valve assembly to the water storage tank. Also, the integrated toilet bowl can reduce manufacture costs by simplifying related components.
