Ceiling Finish Panel
The present invention relates to a ceiling finishing panel. The ceiling finishing panel of a building is installed in the lower part of a carrying channel fixed to a ceiling slab of the building by a hanger bolt in order to finish the ceiling slab. The ceiling finishing panel comprises: an upper plate (10) formed in the shape of a square or rectangular horizontal plate; left and right plates (20, 20′) having connection bending units (22, 22′); a front plate (30) having a movement prevention protrusion (34) bent to protrude to the outside by being cut to form a parallel surface to the upper plate (10) at the center, wherein the front plate (30) has at least one connection protrusion (32); a fixing plate parallel to the upper plate (10) and having a connection joint unit (44) formed in an uneven shape in order for both right and left ends to correspond to each other to be engaged; and a rear plate (50) having at least one fixing hole (52) to which the connection protrusion (32) is inserted and connected, on a side vertically bent, wherein the rear plate (50) has a movement prevention hole (54) to prevent the upper plate (10) from moving to the left and to the right.
본 발명은 천장마감패널에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 천장 슬라브에 행거볼트를 통해 고정된 캐링찬넬 하부에 구비되어 상기 천장 슬라브를 마감하기 위한 건축물의 천장마감패널에 있어서, 사각 또는 직사각형상의 수평 판상의 상판플레이트(10)와, 상기 상판플레이트(10) 좌우 단부가 수직방향으로 절곡되어 대칭형성되고, 일측에 암수 절곡되어 결합되도록 연결절곡부(22,22')가 형성된 좌우측판플레이트(20,20')와, 상기 상판플레이트(10) 전방 단부가 수직방향으로 절곡형성되고, 수직절곡형성된 일면에 상기 상판플레이트(10)와 직교되는 면으로 절단되어 외측으로 돌출되도록 절곡되는 적어도 하나 이상이 체결돌기(32)가 형성되며, 중앙으로 상기 상판플레이트(10)와 평행한 면을 이루도록 절단되어 외측으로 돌출되도록 절곡되는 유동방지돌기(34)가 형성된 전방측판플레이트(30)와; 상기 전방측판플레이트(30)의 단부가 절곡형성되어 연장되고, 상기 상판플레이트(10)와 평행한 면을 이루며, 피스공(42)이 좌우 양단 일면으로 형성되어 캐링찬넬 하부측에 피스고정결합되고, 좌우 양단이 암수대응되도록 요철형상으로 형성된 맞춤부(44)가 마련된 고정플레이트와; 상기 상판플레이트(10) 후방 단부가 수직방향으로 절곡형성되고, 수직절곡형성된 일면에 상기 체결돌기(32)가 끼움결합되는 고정공(52)이 적어도 하나 이상 형성되며, 중앙으로 상기 유동방지돌기(34)가 맞춤끼움되어 상기 상판플레이트(10)의 좌우유동을 방지하도록 유동방지공(54)이 형성된 후방측판플레이트(50);로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 천장마감패널에 관한 것이다.
