Insulation Structure Of Panel Type Comprising Kapok Fiber
Provided is a panel-type insulation structure made of kapok fibers. To this end, the panel-type insulation structure comprises: a unit structure in which kapok fibers are bonded with a core part adhesive composition; and an interface bonding composition for bonding provided on a contact interface of the unit structures. The unit structures are configured to form a wave-like cross-section, and form a pore by being laminated with each other or cross-laminated.
본 발명은 카폭 섬유를 코어부 접착 조성물로 접착시킨 단위 구조물과, 상기 단위 구조물들의 접촉 계면에는 접착을 위한 계면 접착 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 단위 구조물들은 파동 형태의 단면을 이루도록 구성하고, 상기 단위 구조물들은 서로 적층되거나 또는 교차 적층되어 기공을 형성하도록 이루어진 카폭 섬유로 이루어진 패널형 단열 구조물을 제공한다.
