The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet for a vegetation soil bag and a sheet for a vegetation soil bag manufactured by using the same. The sheet for a vegetation soil bag is formed to have a state that seeds are inserted between first and second sheets through a sheet providing unit, a seed providing unit, an adhesive providing unit, and a compressing unit. Accordingly, the present invention is to make the sheet for a vegetation soil bag manufactured in an easy manner and to increase productivity for reducing manufacturing time per time unit. The apparatus for manufacturing a sheet for a vegetation soil bag comprises: the sheet providing unit (10) which provides the first and second sheets (110, 120); a seed providing unit (20) which provides a plurality of seeds to be located on an upper end portion of either the first sheet (110) or the second sheet (120); the adhesive providing unit (30) which applies a constant amount of an adhesive to either the first sheet (110) or the second sheet (120); a compressing unit (40) which receives a supply of the first and second sheets (110, 120), compresses the same toward each other, and completes the sheet for a vegetation soil bag having the first and second sheet (110, 120) attached.
본 발명은 식생토낭용 시트의 제조장치과 그 제조장치를 이용한 식생토낭용 시트 제조방법 및 식생토낭용 시트에 관한 것으로서, 시트제공부와, 씨앗제공부와, 접착제제공부 및 압착부를 통해 제1 및 제2시트 사이에 씨앗이 함침된 상태를 가지도록 식생토낭용 시트를 구성함으로써, 식생토낭용 시트의 제조가 간편하고 단위시간당 제조시간을 단축하는 생산성을 향상하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 제1 및 제2시트(110)(120) 각각을 제공하는 시트제공부(10)와; 상기 제1 또는 제2시트(110)(120) 중 어느 하나의 상단에 다수의 씨앗을 위치되도록 제공하는 씨앗제공부(20)와; 상기 제1 및 제2시트(110)(120) 중 어느 하나에 일정량의 접착제가 도포되도록 제공하는 접착제제공부(30); 및 상기 제1 및 제2시트(110)(120)를 제공받아 상호 압착시켜 상기 제1 및 제2시트(110)(120)가 상호 접착된 식생토낭용 시트가 완성되도록 하는 압착부(40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
