Door stopper using magneto-rheological damper
The present invention relates to a door stopper using an MR damper installed between a door and a wall to prevent the door from being closed, comprising: a first damper member connected to a door side and extended in the longitudinal direction and having a ferromagnetic body; a second damper member connected to a wall side and has a hollow portion for allowing the first damper member to be inserted therein and to move in the longitudinal direction, and where MR fluid is equipped; and a permanent magnet fixed on the outer periphery of the second damper member, wherein the permanent magnet acts on the ferromagnetic body to increase yield stress of the MR fluid by generating a magnetic field.
본 발명은 도어와 벽 사이에 설치되어 도어가 폐쇄되는 것을 방지하는 MR 댐퍼를 이용한 도어 스토퍼로서, 도어 측에 연결되고, 강자성체를 구비한 길이방향으로 연장된 제1 댐퍼 부재; 벽 측에 연결되고, 내부에 상기 제1 댐퍼 부재가 삽입되어 길이방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 중공부를 구비하고, MR 유체가 내장된 제2 댐퍼 부재; 및 상기 제2 댐퍼 부재의 외주에 고정되고, 상기 강자성체와 작용하여 자기장을 생성함으로써 상기 MR 유체의 항복 응력을 증가시키는 영구 자석을 포함한다.
