The present invention relates to an apparatus provided with a controller having a bluetooth communication function in a parking-lock and a smart key device capable of performing bluetooth communication. Thus, when each devices are approaching each other, an arm of the packing-lock is lowered down, and when each devices are departing from each other, the arm of the parking-lock is raised up.
