The present invention relates to a form for forming a concrete pillar (C) of a building. The form comprises: forming plates (10, 20) formed in a semicircular shape to match an outer diameter of a pillar (C) by using wooden plywood, and coupled to be meshed with each other to form a circular form; and coupling means (40, 50) coupled to each other to enclose outer circumferential surfaces of the forming plates (10, 20) to prevent separation, and used by selecting at least one thereof or mixing all thereof. One or more protrusions (11, 21) and grooves (12, 22) of intaglio and embossment capable of meshing and coming in contact with each other are formed on at least one surface of the forming plates (10, 20). Lengths of the forming plates (10, 20) are differently formed and the forming plates (10, 20) are connected to each other in zigzags to be coupled to each other by the coupling means. In a product by improving a form structure of pouring a pillar of a building, the form is sturdy and is not deformed to have excellent strength, durability and stiffness to cure a precise concrete pillar. The form can be reused to promote economic efficiency. Installation and removal are quick and convenient in construction to improve constructability, workability and efficiency and shorten a construction period since additional finishing work is not required.
본 발명은 건축물의 콘크리트 기둥(C)을 성형하기 위한 거푸집에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서, 목재합판을 이용하여 기둥(C)의 외경과 일치하도록 반원형으로 형성되고, 상호 맞물리도록 결합하여 원형의 거푸집을 형성하는 성형판(10)(20); 및 상기 성형판(10)(20)의 외주면을 감싸 분리됨을 방지하도록 상호 체결하고, 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 택일하거나 혼용하여 사용하는 체결수단(40)(50);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 성형판(10)(20)은 적어도 일면에 하나 이상을 구비하여 상호 맞물림 접촉 가능한 음양각의 돌부(11)(21)와 홈부(12)(22)를 각각 형성하고, 성형판(10)(20) 중에서 각기 그 길이를 달리 형성하면서 지그재그 배열로 상호 연결하여 체결수단에 의해 상호 결합한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 건축물의 기둥을 타설하는 거푸집 구조의 개량에 의한 제품에 있어 거푸집이 견고하면서 변형되지 않아 강도, 내구성, 견고성이 뛰어나 정밀한 콘크리트 기둥을 양생 가능함은 물론 재사용이 가능하여 경제성을 도모하고, 시공에 있어 설치와 해체가 신속/간편하여 시공성, 작업성, 효율성이 증대되는 동시에 추가적인 마감 작업이 필요 없어 공사기간을 단축 가능한 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a form for forming a concrete pillar (C) of a building.
