The present invention relates to a pull-type double locking quick coupler (1). The pull-type double locking quick coupler comprises: an outer body (3); a fixing hook (5) for fitting and fixing a first coupling pin (P1) of a working tool; a movable hook (7) for gripping and fixing a second coupling pin (P2) of the working tool when rotated to a fixed position, and releasing and canceling fixing of the second coupling pin (P2) when rotated to a fixing cancelled position; a fixing hook latch (9) for locking or unlocking the first coupling pin (P1) according to the fixing or fixing cancelling operation of the movable hook (7); and an operation cylinder (11) for operating the movable hook (7) to the fixed or fixing cancelled position as a locking spring (12) is extended in the fixed position and is contracted in the fixing cancelled position. The operation cylinder (11) includes the locking spring (12) fitted around a push rod (53) to press the movable hook (7) together with the push rod (53) at a fixed position of the second coupling pin (P2). Even if the operation cylinder is not operated, the locking spring installed between the operation cylinder body and the movable hook still maintains the movable hook at the coupling pin fixing position. Thus, it is possible to preemptively prevent an accident in which a working tool is unintentionally separated from a coupler, and work safety can be further improved thereby. Since a tension coil spring is installed between a fixing hook latch and an outer body, an operation of the fixing hook latch can be further smoothly performed.
본 발명은 풀타입 이중잠금 퀵 커플러(1)에 관한 것으로, 외부몸체(3); 작업기구의 제1 결합핀(P1)을 끼워 고정하는 고정훅(5); 고정위치로 회동한 때 상기 작업기구의 제2 결합핀(P2)을 물어 고정하고, 고정 해제위치로 회동한 때 상기 제2 결합핀(P2)을 풀어 고정 해제하는 가동훅(7); 상기 가동훅(7)의 고정 또는 고정 해제동작에 따라 상기 제1 결합핀(P1)을 잠금 또는 잠금 해제하는 고정훅 걸쇠(9); 및 잠금스프링(12)가 상기 고정위치에서는 신장되고, 상기 고정 해제위치에서는 수축되어 상기 가동훅(7)을 고정 또는 고정 해제위치로 작동시키는 작동실린더(11);를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 작동실린더(11)는 상기 제2 결합핀(P2) 고정위치에서 푸시로드(53)와 함께 상기 가동훅(7)을 가압하도록 상기 푸시로드(53) 둘레에 끼워지는 잠금스프링(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 작동실린더가 작동 불능이 되더라도, 작동실린더 몸체와 가동훅 사이에 설치된 잠금스프링이 여전히 가동훅을 결합핀 고정위치에 유지시키므로, 작업기구가 뜻하지 않게 커플러에서 분리되는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 따라서 작업 안전성을 더욱 높일 수 있으며, 고정훅 걸쇠와 외부몸체 사이에 인장 코일스프링이 설치되므로 고정훅 걸쇠의 동작을 더욱 원활히 할 수 있게 된다.
