Disclosed is a combined pump and a bicycle lock, which comprises: a bicycle handy pump main body for a bicycle having a piston capable of reciprocating motion for compressing and discharging air; a lock main body fixedly disposed on the bicycle handy pump main body so as not to be separated; and an air inlet hose. The air inlet hose includes a hose connected to the bicycle handy pump main body for a bicycle and serving as a passage for the air, and a lock provided at an end of the hose and detachably coupled to the lock main body. A valve hole communicating with the hose is formed at an end of the lock.
