The present invention relates to carbon fiber prepreg or carbon fiber-reinforced plastic comprising a carbon fiber coated with an epoxy-containing resin in which graphene is dispersed; a method for producing the carbon fiber prepreg or carbon fiber-reinforced plastic; and an interior and exterior material including the same. The carbon fiber-reinforced plastic according to embodiments of the present invention exhibits excellent impact strength and has excellent flame retardancy.
