마감재 일체형 벽체배수판 및 그 제조방법과 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 마감제 일체형 벽체배수판은 마감재를 형성하는 장식시트가 전면에 합지된 수지패널로 마련되되, 기둥부가 후면방향으로 융기되어 상기 기둥부를 통해 전방으로 홈부가 개방된 장식패널; 및 상기 홈부의 개구를 가릴 수 있게 마련된 마개;를 포함할 수 있다.
