Durable reinforced jaywalking prevention lane separator
The present invention relates to a durability-enhanced jaywalking-preventing lane separator including a holding tower constituting a lane separator, a holding ring for holding tower installation on a road, and a support base and a set anchor. In the holding tower, a pipe coupling port for pipe installation is formed on both sides in upper, middle, and lower portions. Coupling between the holding ring and the support base is performed with a flange formed at a lower end. The support base is fastened to the set anchor buried in a road. A durability-enhanced pipe is installed between the holding towers through the pipe coupling port for pipe installation on both sides in the upper, middle, and lower portions. According to the present invention, the durability is significantly enhanced with respect to a configuration for installing on a road the holding tower constituting the jaywalking-preventing lane separator and a pipe structure for connection between the holding towers, and thus the present invention is not affected by contraction in summer or winter and the lane separator can be used for a long time. As a result, repair, maintenance, and management costs can be significantly reduced and economic advantages can be achieved. In addition, the holding tower constituting the jaywalking-preventing lane separator can be firmly and conveniently installed on a road. In the event of holding tower damage, only the damaged part can be removed and replaced with respect to the set anchor, and thus repair can be facilitated and the reliability of the lane separator product can be improved.
본 발명은 내구성이 향상된 무단횡단 방지용 차선분리대를 제공하려는 것으며, 본 발명은 차선분리대를 구성하는 지주대와 상기 지주대를 도로에 설치하기 위한 지주고정링 및 지주받침대와 세트앵커로 구성되고, 상기 지주대는 상중하부에 양쪽으로 관체를 설치하기 위한 관체결합구가 형성되고, 하단에는 플랜지가 형성되어 지주고정링과 지주받침대 사이에 결합되고, 지주받침대는 도로에 매립된 세트앵커에 체결되며, 상기 지주대는 상중하부에 양쪽으로 관체를 설치하기 위한 관체결합구를 통해 지주대와 지주대 사이에는 내구성이 향상된 관체를 설치하여 구성된 것이 본 발명에 특징이며, 본 발명에 의하면, 무단횡단 방지용 차선분리대를 구성하는 지주대를 도로에 설치하는 구성과 지주대와 지주대 사이를 연결하는 관체의 구조가 내구성이 크게 향상되었기 때문에 하절기 또는 동절기에 수축작용으로부터 해방될 수 있어 차선분리대를 오랜기간 사용할 수 있게 되는 결과로 유지보수에 따른 관리비용을 크게 절감하여 경제적인 이득을 얻을 수 있는 효과와, 무단횡단 방지용 차선분리대를 구성하는 지주대를 도로에 견고하고 간편하게 설치할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 지주대가 파손될 시 세트앵커에서 파손된 지주만을 제거하고 교체하는 것으로 간편하게 수리를 할 수 있는 장점으로 차선분리대 제품에 대한 신뢰를 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
