Disclosed is a device to prevent overturning of a ladder, capable of efficiently preventing overturning and slip of a ladder even on an inclined surface. According to the present invention, the device comprises: first and second support parts (30a, 30b) including an upper coupling part (40) and a support (50); and a direction support part (70). The upper coupling part (40) includes: an upper coupling part main body (42) having one end coupled to both sides of first and second hinge parts (14, 16) of a ladder (12) and having the other end with an upper rotary device fixing groove (44) formed therein; and an upper rotary device (46) received and fixed in the upper rotary device fixing groove (44) and exposed to the outside of the upper rotary device fixing groove (44). As one end is supported by the upper rotary device (46) exposed to the outside, the support (50) is rotated along a surface of the exposed upper rotary device (46) and has the other end in contact with ground to perform support. The direction support part (90) is coupled to a side surface rotary device (46) exposed to the outside of the side surface coupling part (40), which includes: a side surface coupling part main body (42) having a rotary device fixing groove (44) formed in both ends; and a side surface rotary device (46) received and fixed in the side surface rotary device fixing groove (44) and exposed to the outside of the side surface rotary device fixing groove (44).

길이 조절이 용이하고, 경사면에서도 사다리의 전도 및 미끄러짐을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있는 사다리의 전도 방지 장치가 개시된다. 상기 사다리의 전도 방지 장치는 제1 및 2 프레임(102, 104) 사이와 제3 및 4 프레임(106, 108) 사이에 다수의 발판(110)이 설치되고, 상측에서 제1 및 2 힌지부(14, 16)와 연결되어 회동하는 제1 및 2 다리(120, 130)로 이루어진 사다리(12)에 있어서, 상기 사다리(12)의 제1 및 2 힌지부(14, 16) 양측과 일단이 결합되고, 다른 일단에는 상부 회전구 고정홈(44)이 형성되어 있는 상부 결합부 본체(42), 상기 상부 회전구 고정홈(44)에 수용되어 고정되고, 상기 상부 회전구 고정홈(44)의 외부로 노출되는 상부 회전구(46)를 포함하는 상부 결합부(40) 및 상기 외부로 노출된 상부 회전구(46)에 의하여 일단이 지지되어 노출된 상부 회전구(46)의 표면을 따라 피봇식으로 회전하며, 다른 일단은 지면과 맞닿아 지지하는 지지대(50)를 포함하는 제1 및 2 지지부(30a, 30b); 및 일단 및 다른 일단에 측면 회전구 고정홈(44)이 형성되어 있는 측면 결합부 본체(42), 상기 측면 회전구 고정홈(44)에 수용되어 고정되고, 상기 측면 회전구 고정홈(44)의 외부로 노출되는 측면 회전구(46)를 포함하는 측면 결합부(40)의 외부로 노출되는 측면 회전구(46)와 결합되는 방향 지지대(90)를 포함하는 방향 지지부(70)를 포함하며, 상기 방향 지지부(70)는 일단이 상기 제1 또는 2 다리(120, 130)의 외측면(76, 78, 80, 82)과 결합되고, 다른 일단은 동일한 방향에 위치된 제1 또는 2 지지대(50a, 50b)와 결합되는 제1 내지 4 방향 지지부(70a 내지 70b)이다.
