The present invention relates to a prefabricated wooden deck repair bracket. According to the present invention, the wooden panel at a damaged deck part alone can be separated and removed in the event of partial damage or breakage during deck use, and then repair fastening means having a female-male latchet coupling structure such as a bracket kit including an insertion guide fastening member and an elastic engagement fastening member is mounted on a catgut supporting the wooden panel and the lower surface of a repair panel to replace the removed wooden panel, that is, a new wooden panel, such that wooden panel replacement and installation are possible by a simple press-fitting fastening relationship using the bracket kit so that a series of deck repair and maintenance can be expedited, facilitated, and stably performed and economic advantage can be highly improved as a result. The prefabricated wooden deck repair bracket includes: the insertion guide fastening member having a catgut attachment plate, an insertion coupling tool, an insertion guide hole, and a latchet inscribing gear; and the bracket kit including the elastic engagement fastening member having a panel attachment plate, an elastic insertion piece, and a latchet circumscription gear.
본 발명은 조립식 목제 데크 보수용 브라켓에 관한 것으로; 그 기술구현의 목적은, 데크 사용도중 부분적인 손상 내지 파손이 발생한 경우, 손상된 데크 부위의 목재패널만을 분리 제거하고, 이후, 제거된 목재패널과 교체되는 보수용 패널, 즉, 새로운 목제패널의 하부면과, 그 목재패널을 받침 지지하는 장선에 암,수 래칫 결합구조를 갖는 보수용 체결수단, 예컨대, 삽입유도 체결부재와, 탄성치합 체결부재로 이루어진 브라켓 킷트를 장착하여, 그 브라켓 킷트를 이용한 단순 압입방식의 체결관계에 의해 목재패널을 교체 설치되게 함으로서, 일련의 데크 유지보수 작업을 신속하고, 편리하며, 안정되게 행할 수 있도록 하고, 그에 따라 경제성 또한 극히 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 조립식 목제 데크 보수용 브라켓을 제공함에 있다. 따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는; 장선부착판과, 삽입체결구와, 삽입유도공과, 래칫 내접기어가 형성된 삽입유도 체결부재; 그리고, 패널부착판과, 탄성삽입편과, 래칫 외접기어가 형성된 탄성치합 체결부재로 이루어진 브라켓 킷트를 마련토록 하여 달성한다.
