Disclosed is a covering shelf retainer for a vehicle that can prevent a covering shelf from being twisted due to a difference between upper supports of wires and also prevent noises from being generated from a connected portion of the wire, by respectively converting the covering shelf to a horizontal holding state or an inclined holding state and firmly fixing it at the position. The covering shelf retainer includes left and right luggage trims (10) installed to a luggage room; a covering shelf (20) pivotally installed between the luggage trims; and a hinge structure (30) connecting the covering shelf to respectively convert it in an inclined state or a horizontal state to the luggage trims. The hinge structure has a hinge shaft (12) provided to the luggage trim and having a locking protrusion (12a) on an outer peripheral surface thereof, a hinge bracket (40) provided to the covering shelf to be hinged to the hinge shaft, and a resilient restraint member (50) installed to the hinge bracket to restrain a pivot angle of the locking protrusion in the inclined state or horizontal state.
본 발명은 동일한 힌지지점에서 커버링쉘프를 수평상태의 거치 또는 경사상태의 거치로 각각 전환하여 사용할 수 있게 함과 더불어 각각의 상태에서 위치의 견고한 고정을 구현할 수 있게 함으로써 와이어를 매개로 테일게이트의 개폐와 연동되는 방식에 비해 와이어의 연결부위에서 발생하는 소음 및 와이어의 상단 지지부위의 차이에 의한 커버링쉘프의 비틀림 현상을 방지할 수 있는 차량용 커버링쉘프 거치장치를 개시한다. 전술한 차량용 커버링쉘프 거치장치는 차체의 러기지룸에 설치되는 좌우측 러기지트림(10), 상기 러기지트림(10) 사이에 선회 가능하게 설치되는 커버링쉘프(20), 및 상기 러기지트림(10)에 대해 상기 커버링쉘프(20)를 경사거치 상태 또는 수평거치 상태로 각각 전환 가능하게 연결하는 힌지 구조물(30)을 포함하고, 상기 힌지 구조물(30)은 상기 러기지트림(10)에 구비되고 외주면에 걸림돌기(12a)를 갖춘 힌지축(12), 상기 힌지축(12)과의 힌지결합을 위해 상기 커버링쉘프(20)에 구비되는 힌지브래킷(40), 및 상기 힌지브래킷(40)에 설치되어 상기 걸림돌기(12a)의 선회각도를 경사상태 또는 수평상태로 각각 제한하는 탄성 구속부(50)를 구비한다.
