Dielectric composition and multi-layered ceramic capacitor
An embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-layered ceramic capacitor. The multi-layered ceramic capacitor includes a ceramic body which includes a dielectric body and first and second internal electrodes disposed to face each other with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween, and first and second external electrodes disposed on the outside of the ceramic body. The dielectric layer comprises barium titanate-based powder having a core-shell structure. The barium titanate powder has a shell part having a structure where an element having the same oxidation number as titanium but different in ionic radius is partially substituted with titanium on the core. The shell part covers at least 30% of the surface of the core. It is possible to provide a dielectric composition having high dielectric constant and excellent reliability.
본 발명의 일 실시형태는 유전체 층 및 상기 유전체 층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 제1 및 제2 내부전극을 포함하는 세라믹 바디 및 상기 세라믹 바디의 외측에 배치되는 제1 및 제2 외부전극을 포함하며, 상기 유전체 층은 코어-쉘 구조를 갖는 티탄산바륨계 분말을 포함하며, 상기 티탄산바륨계 분말은 상기 코어 상에 티타늄과 산화수는 동일하나 이온 반경이 다른 원소가 티타늄과 일부 치환된 구조의 쉘부를 가지며, 상기 쉘부는 코어의 표면 30% 이상을 커버하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터를 제공한다.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-layered ceramic capacitor.
