Vehicles for repairing the railroad line
The present invention relates to a vehicle for repairing railroad ballast, in which when the vehicle moves along a railroad, the vehicle removes ballasts from a ballast railroad in consecutive order, and simultaneously provides new ballasts to change a panel railroad, without damaging to the railroad, thereby reducing a construction period and maintenance costs, and a method for maintaining a ballast railroad using the same. The vehicle includes a tracked vehicle body having front and rear wheels moving along the railroad; a ballast hopper installed to a desired position of the tracked vehicle body and formed to receive ballasts therein, the ballast hopper having a discharge outlet at a lower portion to discharge the ballasts; a scrapper spaced apart from the lower portion of the ballast hopper at a desired distance; and a transportation member having a horizontal frame horizontally fixed to the tracked vehicle body adjacent to the front wheel, vertical frames being horizontally movable from both ends of the horizontal frame by a cylinder, and a drive wheel being vertically movable from a lower end of the vertical frame by a cylinder, the transportation member supporting the drive wheels at left and right lower portions of the tracked vehicle body.
본 발명은 철도 선로 자갈보수 차량 및 이를 이용한 자갈 궤도 유지보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 철도의 자갈 궤도에서 철도 선로 자갈보수 차량이 레일를 따라 이동시 레일의 손상이나 변형이 가지 않도록 하면서 순차적으로 자갈 궤도에서의 자갈을 제거하는 동시에 다시 새로운 자갈을 시공하여 패널 궤도로 변경하도록 함으로써 공기 및 유지보수 비용 등의 저감이 가능하도록 하는 철도 선로 자갈보수 차량 및 이를 이용한 자갈 궤도 유지보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전 후방에 각각 전방 및 후방 바퀴가 구성되어 레일 위를 이동하도록 구성되는 궤도차량 본체와; 궤도차량 본체의 소정의 위치에 내부에 자갈을 수용할 수 있는 일정 크기로 형성되며 하부에 배출구가 형성되어 자갈을 배출하도록 하는 자갈 호퍼와; 자갈 호퍼의 하부에 일정거리 하부로 이격되어 형성되는 스크래퍼와; 전방 바퀴와 인접하여 궤도차량 본체에 폭방향으로 고정되며 수평으로 형성되는 수평 프레임과, 수평 프레임의 양측 단부에 실린더에 의하여 수평방향으로 이동이 가능하도록 구성되는 수직 프레임과, 수직프레임의 하단부에 각각 실린더에 의하여 수직방향으로 이동이 가능하도록 구성되는 드라이브 휠으로 이루어져, 궤도차량 본체의 폭방향 양측 하부로 드라이브 휠이 위치하도록 구성되는 지지 이동 수단;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도 선로 자갈보수 차량을 제공하고자 한다.
