Manufacturing Method of Valve Member for Device for Preventing Bad Smell of Drainage Hole
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a valve member for a device for preventing a bad smell of a drain. A valve member having a body unit and an opening part is manufactured by separately forming a first body forming one surface and a second body forming the other surface and then joining the first body and the second body to improve accuracy of a manufacturing shape and manufacturing easiness. Specifically, opening elasticity of the valve member can be further improved. In a process of manufacturing the first body and the second body, a separate jig pressing step and an aging step are undertaken after an injection molding process to improve formability and elasticity of the first body and the second body. In a process of joining the first body and the second body, an edge portion of the opening part is not joined and is maintained in a separated state to prevent damage to the opening part by torsional stress during an opening operation of the opening part to improve durability of the valve member.
본 발명은 배수구 악취 방지 장치용 밸브 부재의 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 몸통부와 개폐부를 갖는 밸브 부재에 대해 일면을 이루는 제 1 몸체와 타면을 이루는 제 2 몸체로 각각 분리 형성한 후 접합하는 방식으로 제작함으로써, 제작 형상의 정확도 및 제작 용이성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 특히, 밸브 부재의 개폐 작용 탄성력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있으며, 제 1 몸체와 제 2 몸체를 제작하는 과정에서, 사출 성형 과정 이후 별도의 지그 압착 단계와 숙성 단계를 거침으로써, 제 1 몸체와 제 2 몸체의 성형성과 탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 제 1 몸체와 제 2 몸체를 접합하는 과정에서, 개폐부의 가장자리 부분을 접합하지 않고 분리된 상태로 유지시킴으로써, 개폐부의 개폐 작동시 비틀림 응력에 의한 개폐부의 손상을 방지할 수 있어 밸브 부재의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 배수구 악취 방지 장치용 밸브 부재의 제작 방법을 제공한다.
