ONE TOUCH STEEL REINFORCING COUPLER
The present invention relates to a rebar coupler capable of being inserted and separated in a one-touch type. According to the present invention, the rebar coupler comprises: a pair of cylindrical coupler bodies; a plurality of plate members which are installed while the outer circumferential surface thereof is in contact with a taper part and have a plurality of locking protrusions formed on the inner circumferential surface; a separation part coming in contact with an end part of a rebar installed in an inlet part to be pressed; a plate member coupling part, wherein the bottom of the plate member is inserted thereinto to be coupled; a fracture holder; an elastic member; a joint to connect the pair of coupler bodies with each other with vertical symmetry; a support ring to space the inner space of the plate member at a predetermined interval; and a push ring installed to be in contact with the top of the plate member and having a hollow formed to allow the rebar to be inserted thereinto. As such, a rebar is able to be easily inserted and fixed by the plate member and is able to easily separate the inserted rebar by the push ring.
본 발명은 원터치식 삽입 및 분리가 가능한 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로, 상단과 하단이 개방된 중공 형상이고, 상단에서 상부로 일정 높이 연장되게 형성되어 철근이 삽입 또는 이탈되도록 중공으로 형성된 입구부와, 상부에 상단에서 하방으로 갈수록 내경이 커지는 역테이퍼형상인 테이퍼부를 포함하며, 서로 하단이 맞닿아 상하 대칭되게 결합되는 원통형의 한 쌍의 커플러바디,외주면이 상기 테이퍼부와 맞닿게 설치되고, 내주면에는 복수 개의 록킹돌기가 형성된 복수 개의 편체, 상기 편체의 하방에 위치되며, 상기 입구부로 삽입되는 철근의 단부와 접촉하여 가압되는 분리부와, 상기 분리부의 가장자리 부분에 원주방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 배열되며 상기 편체의 하단이 삽입되어 결합되는 편체결합부와, 상기 분리부의 가장자리 부분과 상기 편체결합부를 연결하며 상기 분리부가 상기 철근의 단부에 의해 하방으로 가압될 때 절단되는 파단부를 포함하는 파단홀더, 상기 파단홀더의 하방에 설치되어 상하방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재, 상기 한 쌍의 커플러바디의 하단으로 삽입되어 상기 한 쌍의 커플러바디를 상하 대칭되게 서로 연결하는 이음체, 링 형상으로 상기 편체의 록킹돌기에 걸려 지지되면서 상기 편체 내부 공간이 일정 간격 이격되게 하는 지지링 및 상기 입구부의 내부에 설치되어 하단이 상기 편체 상단에 맞닿도록 설치되고, 상기 철근이 삽입될 수 있게 중공이 형성되며, 상부 외경보다 하부 외경이 더 크게 형성된 누름링를 포함하며, 상기 누름링은, 하방으로 눌러지면, 상기 철근을 파지하는 상기 편체가 하방으로 이동되면서 상기 편체 내부 공간이 이격됨에 따라 상기 철근의 분리가 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명의 원터치식 삽입 및 분리가 가능한 철근 커플러는 편체에 의해 철근을 용이하게 삽입하여 고정할 수 있고, 누름링에 의해 삽입된 철근이 쉽게 분리될 수 있는 철근 커플러를 제공할 수 있다.
