RETAINING WALL STRUCTURE USING PRECAST DOUBLE-WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a retaining wall structure using a large precast (PC) double-wall and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the retaining wall structure comprises: a foundation bottom surface; a PC lower plate; and a large double-wall PC member. While the bottom part of the large double-wall PC member is inserted to insert a vertical rebar protruding from a PC groove of the PC lower plate member into a hollow part between inner and outer walls combined by a connection member, the large double-wall PC member is continuously assembled and constructed in a row, and concrete is deposited and filled in the hollow part continuously connected thereby, so the entire retaining wall is integrated. Accordingly, even if construction costs are low and a construction period is short, overall strength of the retaining wall is able to be increased.
본 발명은 대형 프리캐스트 더블월을 이용한 토목 옹벽 구조와 그의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, PC 옹벽이 설치되도록 터파기 후 충분한 지정작업이 이뤄진 기초 바닥면과, 상기 바닥면에, 상측면 내측부에 PC 홈이 구비되고 그 내부에 다수의 수직 철근이 입설되며, 좌,우측 단부에 요입홈과 걸림턱이 각각 구비되어 이 요입홈과 걸림턱이 서로 결합된 상태로 연속적으로 줄지어 조립 시공된 PC 저판부재와, 상기 PC 저판부재의 PC 홈에, 연결부재로 결합된 내,외 벽체 사이의 중공부에 PC 저판부재의 PC 홈에서 돌출된 수직 철근이 삽입되도록 하단부가 삽입된 상태로 연속적으로 줄지어 조립 시공되며, 이로 인하여 역시 연속적으로 이어지게 된 중공부 내부에 콘크리트가 타설 충전되어 전체 옹벽이 일체화되는 대형 더블월 PC 부재의 구조와 그의 시공 방법으로 이루어진 것으로서, 대형 더블월 PC 부재의 하단부가 PC 저판부재의 PC 홈 내부에 삽입된 상태에서 PC 저판부재의 PC 홈에서 돌출된 수직 철근이 대형 더블월 PC 부재의 연결부재로 결합된 내,외 벽체 사이의 중공부에 삽입된 상태로 콘크리트가 타설 충전되기 때문에, 연속으로 줄지어 조립된 대형 더블월 PC 부재가 중공부에 타설 충전된 콘크리트에 의해 일체화됨으로써, 마치 팔짱을 끼고 스크럼을 짠 것처럼, 각각의 대형 더블월 PC 부재가 개별 자기 구간의 토압뿐만 아니라, 주변 토압에 대하여도 공동 대응하게 되므로, 많은 비용과 여러 시공 단계를 필요로 하는 부벽이나 버팀 강봉의 추가 설치 없이도, 저렴한 시공비와 짧은 공사 기간으로도 옹벽의 전체적인 강성을 키울 수 있는 대형 프리캐스트 더블월을 이용한 토목 옹벽 구조와 그의 시공 방법을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a retaining wall structure using a large precast (PC) double-wall and a construction method thereof.
