The present invention relates to a construction equipment including a cabin where a driver is located, and more specifically, is capable of changing a position of the cabin in accordance with operation convenience of the driver. In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a construction equipment of a pivotable cabin structure according to the present invention, comprising: a lower running body equipped with a running means; an upper revolving structure mounted on the lower running body and equipped with a working means; a cabin pivotally coupled to the upper revolving body and having a center of gravity below a center of a pivot shaft and swinging about the pivot shaft; and a locking unit mounted on the upper revolving or the cabin to lock or unlock swing of the cabin.
본 발명은 운전자가 위치하는 캐빈을 포함한 건설장비에 관한 것으로서, 특히 지반의 기울기와 연관되거나 또는 무관하게 캐빈의 위치를 변경할 수 있어 운전자의 작업 편의에 따라 캐빈의 위치를 변경할 수 있게 구성한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 피봇형 캐빈 구조의 건설장비는 주행수단이 장착된 하부 주행체와, 하부 주행체에 상부에 장착되며 작업수단이 장착된 상부 선회체와, 상부 선회체에 피봇 결합되며 하부에 무게 중심이 피봇 축의 중심보다 낮게 위치하여 피봇 축을 중심으로 스윙하는 캐빈과, 상부 선회체 또는 캐빈에 장착되어 캐빈의 스윙을 잠금하거나 잠금해제하는 잠금부를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
