The present invention relates to a windproof heat insulating shutter, which comprises: a shutter box provided with a winding unit; a plurality of slates installed on the winding unit so as to be wound or unwound; and a guide rail installed at a lower portion of the shutter box and guiding the plurality of slates. The guide rail includes: a rail main body having a guide groove into which the slate is inserted and guided; a pair of protruding jaws protruding from an end of the rail main body so as to face each other; a pair of gasket grooves formed on the pair of protruding jaws so as to face each other and in communication with the guide groove; and a gasket unit inserted in the pair of gasket grooves and movably installed relative to the slate.
권취부가 설치되는 셔터 박스와, 상기 권취부에 감기거나 풀어내지도록 설치되는 복수의 슬레이트와, 상기 셔터 박스의 하부에 설치되고 상기 복수의 슬레이트를 안내하는 가이드 레일을 포함하는 단열 내풍압 셔터로서, 상기 가이드 레일은 상기 슬레이트가 삽입되어 안내되는 가이드 홈이 형성된 레일 본체와, 상기 레일 본체의 단부로부터 서로 대향하도록 돌출된 한 쌍의 돌출턱과, 상기 한 쌍의 돌출턱에 서로 대향하도록 형성되고 상기 가이드 홈과 연통되는 한 쌍의 가스켓 홈과, 상기 한 쌍의 가스켓 홈에 삽입되어 상기 슬레이트에 대해 상대적으로 이동가능하게 설치되는 가스켓부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
