Apparatus of safety fixing for footing scaffolding
The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for fixing a walk plate of a scaffold which allows a single worker to safely and easily perform binding and releasing work of an apparatus for fixing a walk plate of a scaffold used in building construction. The safety apparatus for fixing a walk plate of a scaffold comprises: a ring body having a ring unit protruding from a fixing plate fixed on an end of a walk plate while forming an arc shape to an outer side of the walk plate; a guide pin coupled to a boundary portion of the fixing plate and the ring unit of the ring body; a moving part having an arc-shaped long hole moving in accordance with guide of the guide pin to move on the boundary portion of the fixing plate and the ring unit, and having racket teeth formed on an outer surface thereof; a hook which has a hooking protrusion hooked on the racket teeth of the moving part to fix a position of the moving part, and is hinged on the fixing plate; and an elastic spring to apply an elastic force to the hook to maintain a state where the hooking protrusion of the hook is hooked on the racket teeth of the moving part. The present invention has a structure where the moving part is coupled to the ring body without a separate moving ring enclosing an outer surface of a seating board of a walk plate to easily bind and release a walk plate of a scaffold to allow a single person to easily perform binding and releasing work and safely bind the walk plate.
본 발명은 건축 토목공사에 사용되는 비계의 안전발판을 고정하는 장치의 결속 및 해체작업을 1인의 작업자가 안전하고 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 비계 작업발판의 안전 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 비계 작업발판의 안전 고정장치는 고정판부가 작업발판의 단부에 고정되고 고정판부에서 작업발판의 외측으로 호형을 이루며 돌출된 고리부를 가지는 고리몸체와, 고리몸체의 고정판부와 고리부의 경계부분에 결합된 안내핀과, 안내핀의 안내에 따라 이동하는 호형의 장공을 구비하여 고정판부와 고리부의 경계부분에서 이동하며 외면에 래칫 잇빨이 형성된 이동편과, 이동편의 래칫 잇빨에 걸리어 이동편의 위치를 고정하는 걸림 돌기를 구비하며 고정판부에 힌지결합된 후크와, 후크에 탄성력을 가하여 후크의 걸림돌기가 이동편의 래칫 잇빨에 걸린 상태를 유지하게 하는 탄성 스프링을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 발판 안치대의 외면을 감싸는 별도의 이동 고리가 없이 이동편을 고리몸체에 결합하는 구조로 하여 비계의 작업발판의 결속 및 해체를 더욱 용이하게 하여 한사람이 한손으로도 쉽게 결속 및 해체작업을 할 수 있으면서 안전하게 결속할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for fixing a walk plate of a scaffold which allows a single worker to safely and easily perform binding and releasing work of an apparatus for fixing a walk plate of a scaffold used in building construction. The safety apparatus for fixing a walk plate of a scaffold comprises: a ring body having a ring unit protruding from a fixing plate fixed on an end of a walk plate while forming an arc shape to an outer side of the walk plate; a guide pin coupled to a boundary portion of the fixing plate and the ring unit of the ring body; a moving part having an arc-shaped long hole moving in accordance with guide of the guide pin to move on the boundary portion of the fixing plate and the ring unit, and having racket teeth formed on an outer surface thereof; a hook which has a hooking protrusion hooked on the racket teeth of the moving part to fix a position of the moving part, and is hinged on the fixing plate; and an elastic spring to apply an elastic force to the hook to maintain a state where the hooking protrusion of the hook is hooked on the racket teeth of the moving part. The present invention has a structure where the moving part is coupled to the ring body without a separate moving ring enclosing an outer surface of a seating board of a walk plate to easily bind and release a walk plate of a scaffold to allow a single person to easily perform binding and releasing work and safely bind the walk plate.
본 발명은 건축 토목공사에 사용되는 비계의 안전발판을 고정하는 장치의 결속 및 해체작업을 1인의 작업자가 안전하고 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 비계 작업발판의 안전 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 비계 작업발판의 안전 고정장치는 고정판부가 작업발판의 단부에 고정되고 고정판부에서 작업발판의 외측으로 호형을 이루며 돌출된 고리부를 가지는 고리몸체와, 고리몸체의 고정판부와 고리부의 경계부분에 결합된 안내핀과, 안내핀의 안내에 따라 이동하는 호형의 장공을 구비하여 고정판부와 고리부의 경계부분에서 이동하며 외면에 래칫 잇빨이 형성된 이동편과, 이동편의 래칫 잇빨에 걸리어 이동편의 위치를 고정하는 걸림 돌기를 구비하며 고정판부에 힌지결합된 후크와, 후크에 탄성력을 가하여 후크의 걸림돌기가 이동편의 래칫 잇빨에 걸린 상태를 유지하게 하는 탄성 스프링을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 발판 안치대의 외면을 감싸는 별도의 이동 고리가 없이 이동편을 고리몸체에 결합하는 구조로 하여 비계의 작업발판의 결속 및 해체를 더욱 용이하게 하여 한사람이 한손으로도 쉽게 결속 및 해체작업을 할 수 있으면서 안전하게 결속할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
