CIP PILLAR MEMBER FOR C.I.P. RETAINING WALL
The present invention relates to a pillar member for a CIP earth retaining wall. As a process of constructing an underground structure using a backfill method, the present invention is installed between the CIP earth retaining wall and a horizontal member such as a wale installed to support the CIP earth retaining wall so that the back earth pressure of the CIP earth retaining wall can be safely transmitted to a concrete slab. The present invention comprises: an external support plate abutting the outer surface of a CIP pillar; an internal supporting plate contacting the outer surface of the horizontal member; and an interval control rack for controlling an interval between the external support plate and the internal support plate. According to the present invention, the front surface of the external support plate is formed with the curved surface corresponding to the outer diameter of the CIP pillar.
본 발명은 역타공법을 이용하여 지하구조물을 구축하는 과정에 있어서 CIP흙막이 벽체와 이를 지지하기 위하여 설치되는 띠장 등의 수평부재 사이에 설치되어 상기 CIP흙막이 벽체의 배면토압이 콘크리트 슬래브에 안전하게 전달될 수 있도록 하는 필러부재에 관한 것으로서, CIP말뚝의 외면에 접하는 외접지지판과, 상기 수평부재의 외면에 접하는 내접지지판 및, 상기 외접지지판과 내접지지판의 사이간격을 조절하는 간격조정대로 이루어지되. 상기 외접지지판의 전면은 CIP말뚝의 외경에 대응하는 곡면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
