The present invention relates to a shutter locking device comprising a frame, two latch members, a belt, a handle, and a push button. According to the shutter locking device, the two latch members mounted inside the frame move towards rails, respectively such that a shutter is locked in a closed state. When the push button mounted on the handle is pressed, the push button presses the belt backwards such that the two latch members move back to the inside of the frame to release the closed state of the shutter. Therefore, the handle and the push button among components for closing and releasing the shutter have a structure protruding to the front center of the frame, thereby being able to minimize inconvenience caused by the locking device standing in a way of an operator around the shutter.
본 발명은 개구부를 사이에 두고 상호 이격 배치되는 두 레일, 그리고 상기 두 레일의 사이에 개재되고 상호 상하로 연결되어 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 다수의 슬랫을 포함하는 셔터에 장착되는 셔터용 잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 두 레일의 사이에 개재되도록 상기 각 슬랫 중 최하단의 슬랫 하측에 결합되고, 내부에 수용공간부를 갖는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 수용공간부 양단부에 상기 각 레일을 향해 각각 진퇴동작 가능하게 장착되고, 전진동작시 상기 프레임의 측방으로 돌출되어 상기 각 레일의 하단부에 형성된 걸림턱에 각각 걸리게 되는 두 래치부재; 상기 프레임의 수용공간부에 배치되고, 양단부가 상기 두 래치부재에 각각 연결된 벨트; 상기 프레임의 전면 중앙에 결합된 손잡이; 및 상기 손잡이에 전후로 진퇴동작 가능하게 장착되고, 후단부가 상기 프레임을 관통하여 상기 수용공간부에 배치되는 푸시버튼;을 포함하여 이루어져, 상기 푸시버튼은 후방으로의 후퇴동작시 상기 벨트를 후방으로 가압하여 상기 두 래치부재를 상기 프레임의 내측으로 후퇴동작시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터용 잠금장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 셔터용 잠금장치는 프레임의 내부에 장착된 두 래치부재가 각각 레일을 향해 전진동작하여 셔터를 폐쇄된 상태로 잠그게 되고, 손잡이에 장착된 푸시버튼의 가압시 푸시버튼이 벨트를 후방으로 가압하여 두 래치부재를 프레임 내측으로 후퇴동작시켜 셔터의 잠금상태를 해제하게 됨으로써, 결국 셔터의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 위한 각 구성 중 손잡이 및 푸시버튼만이 프레임의 전면 중앙으로 돌출된 구조를 갖게 되고, 따라서 잠금장치가 셔터 주변 작업자의 움직임에 거치적거리는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a shutter locking device comprising a frame, two latch members, a belt, a handle, and a push button. According to the shutter locking device, the two latch members mounted inside the frame move towards rails, respectively such that a shutter is locked in a closed state. When the push button mounted on the handle is pressed, the push button presses the belt backwards such that the two latch members move back to the inside of the frame to release the closed state of the shutter. Therefore, the handle and the push button among components for closing and releasing the shutter have a structure protruding to the front center of the frame, thereby being able to minimize inconvenience caused by the locking device standing in a way of an operator around the shutter.
본 발명은 개구부를 사이에 두고 상호 이격 배치되는 두 레일, 그리고 상기 두 레일의 사이에 개재되고 상호 상하로 연결되어 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 다수의 슬랫을 포함하는 셔터에 장착되는 셔터용 잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 두 레일의 사이에 개재되도록 상기 각 슬랫 중 최하단의 슬랫 하측에 결합되고, 내부에 수용공간부를 갖는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 수용공간부 양단부에 상기 각 레일을 향해 각각 진퇴동작 가능하게 장착되고, 전진동작시 상기 프레임의 측방으로 돌출되어 상기 각 레일의 하단부에 형성된 걸림턱에 각각 걸리게 되는 두 래치부재; 상기 프레임의 수용공간부에 배치되고, 양단부가 상기 두 래치부재에 각각 연결된 벨트; 상기 프레임의 전면 중앙에 결합된 손잡이; 및 상기 손잡이에 전후로 진퇴동작 가능하게 장착되고, 후단부가 상기 프레임을 관통하여 상기 수용공간부에 배치되는 푸시버튼;을 포함하여 이루어져, 상기 푸시버튼은 후방으로의 후퇴동작시 상기 벨트를 후방으로 가압하여 상기 두 래치부재를 상기 프레임의 내측으로 후퇴동작시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터용 잠금장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 셔터용 잠금장치는 프레임의 내부에 장착된 두 래치부재가 각각 레일을 향해 전진동작하여 셔터를 폐쇄된 상태로 잠그게 되고, 손잡이에 장착된 푸시버튼의 가압시 푸시버튼이 벨트를 후방으로 가압하여 두 래치부재를 프레임 내측으로 후퇴동작시켜 셔터의 잠금상태를 해제하게 됨으로써, 결국 셔터의 잠금 및 잠금 해제를 위한 각 구성 중 손잡이 및 푸시버튼만이 프레임의 전면 중앙으로 돌출된 구조를 갖게 되고, 따라서 잠금장치가 셔터 주변 작업자의 움직임에 거치적거리는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
