The present invention includes a modular assembly house including a plurality of post frames apart from each other and arranged to be elongated in a first direction perpendicular to a ground surface, a plurality of upper edge blocks connected to the upper portion of the post frame, a plurality of lower edge blocks connected to the lower portion of the post frame, a plurality of upper frames arranged to be elongated in a second direction in parallel to the ground surface, arranged to be elongated in a third direction in parallel to the ground surface and crossing the second direction, and respectively connected to both ends of the upper edge block, a plurality of lower frames arranged to be elongated in each of the second and third directions and respectively connected to both ends of the lower edge block, an upper panel arranged in the second direction, coupled with a groove in the upper frame, and having a corner facing the upper edge block, a lower panel apart from the upper panel in the first direction, arranged in the second direction, coupled with the lower frame, and having a corner facing the lower edge block, and a side panel disposed between the upper and lower frames and inserted into a groove in the lower frame, in which the upper surface of the upper edge block is disposed at a different height from the upper surface of the upper panel.
