ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE AND ADHESIVE FOR AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an adhesive composition for lightweight foam concrete and an adhesive for lightweight foam concrete including the same, which comprises: a dry mixture including an inorganic-based binder and aggregates; and hydroxyalkyl alkyl cellulose having a degree of substitution (DS) of an alkyl group of 1.0-1.8 and a molar substitution (MS) of a hydroxyalkyl group of 0.2-1.2, wherein the viscosity of 2 wt% aqueous solution of the hydroxyalkyl alkyl cellulose is 10,000 to 100,000 cps when measured by using a Brookfield viscometer under the conditions of 20°C and 20 rpm. According to the present invention, the adhesive composition for ALC comprises hydroxyalkyl alkyl cellulose with appropriate viscosity and degree of substitution, thereby providing an adhesive for ALC, which has high water retention and high adhesive strength to be applicable to ALC with high porosities.
본 발명은 무기계 결합재와 골재를 포함하는 건식혼합물; 및 알킬기 치환도(DS)가 1.0 ~ 1.8이고 히드록시 알킬기 치환도(MS)가 0.2 ~ 1.2인 히드록시알킬 알킬 셀룰로오스;를 포함하고, 상기 히드록시알킬 알킬 셀룰로오스의 2중량% 수용액 점도는 브룩필드 점도계로 20℃ 및 20rpm의 조건에서 측정할 때 10,000 ~ 100,000cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 기포 콘크리트용 접착제 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 경량 기포 콘크리트용 접착제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 ALC용 접착제 조성물은, 적절한 점도 및 치환도를 갖는 히드록시알킬 알킬 셀룰로오스를 포함함으로써 높은 기공도를 갖는 ALC에 적용 가능한 고보수성 및 고 접착강도의 ALC용 접착제를 제공할 수 있다.
