The present invention relates to a jack up barge capable of monitoring leg-displacement, which comprises: a hull; a plurality of legs slid from the hull and supporting the hull on the ocean floor; a jack up apparatus allowing a leg to be slid from the hull; a plurality of angle measuring sensors formed in the leg and measuring angular variation of the leg while supporting the hull; and an analyzing unit receiving data from the angle measuring sensors to analyze the angular variation of the leg while supporting the hull.
