The present invention relates to a buckle of an industrial safety belt, which comprises a hooking means formed with a joint hole for fixing a seat belt on one side and a hooking taper facing forward and backward on the other side and a locking means provided with a fastening hole for safety belt fixing on one side and an opening portion on the other side that can be locked or opened by the stepping jaw insertion or withdrawal. The locking means includes a pair of facing and coupled casings including an opening formed at one side and a pair of fixing pin holes spaced apart at the center; a pair of facing locking pieces in the casings including a locking portion bent twice at one side, a pressing portion folded inward at the other side, and a long hole formed at the center; a fixing pin assembling the casings through each fixing pin hole and slot; and a V-shaped torsion coil spring whose one end is resiliently supported by each of the fixing pins while the other end is resiliently supported on the side of each of the pressing portions, and a guide jaw is formed spaced apart from each inside surface of the casing to guide the sliding of the locking piece.
본 발명은 산업용 안전벨트의 버클에 관한 것으로서, 일측에 안전벨트가 고정되는 결착공이 형성되고 타측에 전방으로 테이퍼진 걸림턱이 상하 대향 되도록 형성된 걸고리 수단과, 일측에 안전벨트가 고정되는 결착공이 구비되고 타측에 상기 걸림턱이 인출입되어 잠그거나 열 수 있는 개구부가 형성된 잠금 수단으로 이루어지는 산업용 안전벨트의 버클에 있어서, 상기 잠금 수단은, 일측에 형성된 개구부와, 중앙에 이격 형성된 한 쌍의 고정핀홀을 포함하는 것으로 한 쌍이 마주보며 대향되게 결합되는 케이싱; 일측에 두 번 절곡된 걸림부와, 타측에 내측으로 접힌 누름부와, 중앙에 형성된 장공을 포함하는 것으로 상기 케이싱 내부에서 한 쌍이 마주보며 대향되게 배치되는 걸림편; 상기 각 고정핀홀 및 장공을 관통하여 상기 케이싱을 조립하는 고정핀; 'V' 형상을 이루면서 일단이 상기 각 고정핀에 탄성지지되고, 타단이 상기 각 누름부 측에 탄성지지되는 비틀림 코일스프링;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 케이싱 각각의 내측면에는 상기 걸림편의 슬라이딩을 가이드 하는 가이드턱이 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
