The present invention relates to a foundation structure for a mobile house, previously manufactured in a box-shaped module type divided into a facility pipe area and a basement storage area, and previously installing the previously manufactured foundation structure in the ground on which the mobile house is installed, so as to make companies, installing pipes for various kinds of facilities of the mobile house, always install the pipe in a predetermined area, such that a connection work between the pipes placed in the fixed area and the facility of the mobile house is effectively performed and the remaining area of the corresponding foundation is used as a basement storage. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the foundation structure for a mobile house comprises: a foundation body, wherein an inner space thereof is partitioned into the facility pipe area and the basement storage area; and an entrance formed on the foundation body to access the inner space of the foundation body. The foundation body has a shape of forming a partition line or other visual marking parts to indicate partition between the facility pipe area and the basement storage area, or has a shape of including a barrier for partitioning the facility pipe area and the basement storage area.
본 발명은 이동식 주택의 기초를 설비 배관 영역 및 지하창고 영역으로 구분된 박스형의 모듈 형태로 사전 제작 후 이렇게 사전 제작된 기초가 이동식 주택의 시공될 지중에 미리 설치되게 함으로써, 이동식 주택의 각종 설비용 배관을 설치하는 업체들이 항상 정해진 영역에 배관 설치를 하게 되어 해당 기초 위에 이동식 주택을 시공하는 과정에서 정해진 영역에 위치하는 배관들과 이동식 주택의 설비 간 연결 작업이 매우 효율적으로 진행될 수 있고, 해당 기초의 나머지 영역은 지하창고로 활용될 수 있도록 하는 이동식 주택용 기초 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 이동식 주택용 기초 구조물은 내부 공간이 설비 배관 영역 및 지하창고 영역으로 구획되는 중공형의 기초 본체와, 상기 기초 본체의 내부 공간에 대한 출입을 위해 상기 기초 본체에 형성되는 출입부를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 기초 본체는 상기 설비 배관 영역 및 지하창고 영역 간의 구획 표시를 위해 구획선 또는 기타 시각적인 표시부를 형성한 형태이거나, 상기 설비 배관 영역 및 지하창고 영역의 구획을 위한 격벽을 포함하는 형태일 수 있다.
