Intergrated lock edge trim for raised floor
The present invention provides an integrated lock edge trim for a dual bottom material, which is made of an acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene (ABS) material to prevent the lock edge trim from going out from the dual bottom material, to minimize deformation or breakage caused by an external shock and a temperature change, and to reduce load of costs by replacing only the damaged integrated lock edge trim, not the entire panel, when the integrated lock edge frame is damaged. According to the present invention, the integrated lock edge trim for a dual bottom material comprises: the dual bottom material including upper and lower plates, and a finishing plate installed on the upper part of the upper plate; and the integrated lock edge trim installed along an edge of the dual bottom material to be able to be separated. The lock edge frame comprises: a flat U-shaped fixing groove to insert the upper and lower plates therein; an upper surface formed on the upper part of the fixing groove to be closely adhered to an edge surface of the finishing plate with the same thickness as that of the finishing plate; a side surface part disposed on one side surface of the fixing groove and downwardly inclined to the inside from the top part by an angle of θ to reduce a friction at a part in contact with each other; a lower surface orthogonally protruding from the lower part of the fixing groove and disposed on the upper surface of a fixing axis to fix the lower plate; and a fixing piece disposed on both sides of the lower plate and protruding from the lower part of the fixing groove with a smaller length than that of the lower surface.
본 발명은 ABS 재질로 일체형 락 엣지 트림을 제조하여 이중바닥재에서 락 엣지 트림의 이탈방지함과 아울러 외부충격 및 온도 변화에 의해 형상의 변형이나 파손을 최소화할 수 있으며, 특히 일체형 락 엣지 트림의 파손시 판넬 전체가 아닌 손상된 일체형 락 엣지 트림만 교체할 수 있는 비용적인 부담을 줄일 수 있는 이중바닥재용 락 엣지 트림을 제공한다. 본 발명의 이중바닥재용 락 엣지 트림은 상,하부판과, 상기 상부판의 상부에 설치되는 마감판으로 이루어진 이중바닥재이 구비되고, 상기 이중바닥재의 테두리를 따라 분리가능하게 일체로 락 엣지 트림이 설치되며, 상기 락 엣지 트림은 상,하부판을 삽입되게 'ㄷ' 자 형상을 갖는 고정홈과, 상기 고정홈의 상부에 상기 마감판과 동일한 두께를 가지며 상기 마감판의 테두리면에 밀착되는 상부면과, 상기 고정홈의 일측면에 구비되며 상단부에서 내측 하방향으로 'θ'각도로 경사져 서로 맞대어지는 부분에 마찰을 줄일 수 있는 측면부와, 상기 고정홈의 하부에 직교되게 돌출됨과 아울러 고정축의 상부면에 배치되어 상기 하부판을 고정하는 하부면과, 상기 하부면의 양측에 배치됨과 아울러 상기 고정홈의 하부에서 상기 하부면보다 짧게 돌출된 고정편으로 구성된다.
