OPEN AND SHUT APPARATUS OF WINDOWS AND DOORS ASSEMBLY FOR SLIDING TYPE
The present invention relates to an apparatus to open/close a sliding type window assembly comprising a frame, and a window sliding between opening and closing positions to open and close an opening area of the frame. According to the present invention, the apparatus to open/close a sliding type window assembly comprises: a bracket detachably disposed in any one from a frame and a window; a roller unit disposed in the bracket and rolling in contact with the window to slide the window between the opening and closing positions; and a stopper unit disposed in the bracket by having a predetermined interval from the roller unit and selectively in contact with the window to stop sliding the window. Accordingly, the window reciprocates between the opening and closing positions by operation of the roller unit, attached to/detached from any one from the frame and the window and in contact with the window, and the stopper unit comes in contact the window when stopping so as to restrict movement of the window, thereby enhancing operation convenience capable of automatically opening/closing the window and enhancing safety as the movement of the window is restricted at a predetermined position.
본 발명에 따른 프레임 및 프레임의 개구 영역을 개방 및 폐쇄하는 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 슬라이딩 이동되는 창호를 갖는 미닫이형 창호 조립체의 개폐장치는 프레임과 창호 중 어느 하나에 탈부착 가능하도록 배치되는 브래킷, 브래킷에 배치되고 창호에 접촉 회전 운동되어 창호를 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 슬라이딩 이동시키는 롤러유닛 및 롤러유닛에 대해 일정 간격을 두고 브래킷에 배치되며 창호에 대해 선택적으로 접촉되어 창호의 슬라이딩 이동을 저지하는 스토퍼유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 프레임과 창호 중 어느 하나에 탈부착 가능하고 창호와 접촉된 롤러유닛의 작동에 의해 창호를 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 왕복 이동시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 창호의 정지 시 스토퍼유닛이 접촉되어 창호의 이동을 제한할 수 있으므로, 창호를 자동으로 개폐할 수 있는 작동 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있음과 함께 창호의 일정 위치에서 이동을 제한함에 따라 방범성도 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to open/close a sliding type window assembly comprising a frame, and a window sliding between opening and closing positions to open and close an opening area of the frame. 본 발명에 따른 프레임 및 프레임의 개구 영역을 개방 및 폐쇄하는 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 슬라이딩 이동되는 창호를 갖는 미닫이형 창호 조립체의 개폐장치는 프레임과 창호 중 어느 하나에 탈부착 가능하도록 배치되는 브래킷, 브래킷에 배치되고 창호에 접촉 회전 운동되어 창호를 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 슬라이딩 이동시키는 롤러유닛 및 롤러유닛에 대해 일정 간격을 두고 브래킷에 배치되며 창호에 대해 선택적으로 접촉되어 창호의 슬라이딩 이동을 저지하는 스토퍼유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 프레임과 창호 중 어느 하나에 탈부착 가능하고 창호와 접촉된 롤러유닛의 작동에 의해 창호를 개방위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 왕복 이동시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 창호의 정지 시 스토퍼유닛이 접촉되어 창호의 이동을 제한할 수 있으므로, 창호를 자동으로 개폐할 수 있는 작동 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있음과 함께 창호의 일정 위치에서 이동을 제한함에 따라 방범성도 향상시킬 수 있다.
