PERMANENT FORM AND WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a permanent form installed on the front and rear surfaces of a wall structure (A), comprising: a rebar concrete panel member (100) installed on the front and rear surfaces of the wall structure (A); and a panel coupling member (200) installed in a pair of panel members (100) to fix the panel members (100). A panel hole (110) is formed in an edge area of the panel member (100), and the panel coupling member (200) is installed in a horizontal direction to allow both end parts to be in contact with an inner surface of the panel members (100). The panel coupling member (200) includes: a buried pipe (210) having a hollow part (211) installed to be extended to the panel hole (110); a bolt to penetrate the panel hole (110) formed in the panel members (100) and the buried pipe (210); and a nut (230) coupled to both end parts of the bolt (220) protruding outside the penal hole (110). In this case, the wall structure (A) is manufactured at 35 to 45 MPa to be putted into a site. According to the present invention, a permanent mold (10) is manufactured with high strength to be installed on the front and rear surfaces of the wall structure (A), thereby deformation of the mold in accordance with concrete deposition pressure is not generated, and a mold removal process to remove the mold after depositing and curing concrete are not required so as to reduce a construction period.
벽체구조물(A)의 전면과 후면에 설치되는 본 발명의 영구거푸집(10)은 벽체구조물(A)의 전면과 후면에 각각 설치되는 철근콘크리트 재질의 패널부재(100); 패널부재(100)를 고정하기 위해 한 쌍의 패널부재(100)에 설치되는 패널결합부재(200);를 포함하되, 패널부재(100)의 가장자리 영역에는 패널홀(110)이 형성되고, 패널결합부재(200)는 한 쌍의 패널부재(100)의 내측면에 양단부가 각각 접촉하도록 전후방향으로 설치되되, 중공부(211)가 패널홀(110)과 연장되도록 설치되는 매립관(210); 한 쌍의 패널부재(100)에 형성된 패널홀(110)과 매립관(210)을 관통하도록 설치되는 볼트(220); 패널홀(110) 외측으로 돌출된 볼트(220)의 양단부에 결합되는 너트(230);를 포함한다. 이 경우, 벽체구조물(A)은 35~45MPa 강도로 제작되어 현장에 반입된다. 본원발명의 영구거푸집(10)은 고강도로 제작되어 벽체구조물(A)의 전면과 후면에 설치되기 때문에 콘크리트 타설 압력에 따른 거푸집의 변형이 발생하지 않고, 콘크리트 타설 및 양생 이후 거푸집을 철거해야 하는 거푸집철거공정이 필요없어 공기를 단축할 수 있다.
