Emergency escape apparatus for building roof
The present invention relates to an emergency escape apparatus for a building roof, which is installed on the rooftop of a building, such as a villa, a building, or an efficiency apartment, in order to allow people to rapidly escape in safety to the rooftop of a neighboring building when the people cannot escape to the ground in case of an emergency, such as fire. The emergency escape apparatus comprises: a housing (100) having a driving room (120) and a heavy weight room (130) divided by a partition (110) and installed on the rooftop of a building (10); a boom (200) mounted on an upper portion of the driving room (120) to rotate so as to connect the rooftop of the building (10) with the rooftop of a neighboring building (20) in case of an emergency; a rotation adjusting member (300) mounted in the driving room (120) to rotate the boom (200) in a desired direction; an expansion adjusting member (400) for expanding or reducing the length of the boom (200); a safety handrail (500) mounted on an upper portion of the boom (200) to form a safety path for allowing people to escape in safety to the rooftop of the neighboring building (20); a ladder (600) mounted at one side of the housing (100) to connect the rooftop of the building (10) with an upper portion of the housing (100); and a controller (700) mounted at the upper portion of the housing (100) to control the rotation adjusting member (300) and the expansion adjusting member (400).
본 발명은 빌라, 빌딩, 오피스텔 등의 건물 옥상에 설치하여 화재와 같은 비상사태 발생시 지상으로의 탈출이 여의치 않을 때, 건물과 인접한 다른 건물의 옥상으로 안전하고도 신속하게 대피할 수 있도록 한 건물 옥상용 비상탈출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 격벽(110)으로 구획된 구동실(120)과 중량실(130)을 구비하여 건물(10)의 옥상에 설치되는 함체(100); 상기 구동실(120)의 상부에 회전가능하게 설치되어 비상시 건물(10)과 인접하는 건물(20)의 옥상을 연결하는 붐대(200); 상기 구동실(120)에 설치되어 붐대(200)를 좌우 원하는 방향으로 회전시키는 회전조절부재(300); 상기 붐대(200)의 길이를 신장 및 축소시키는 신축조절부재(400); 상기 붐대(200)의 상부에 설치되어 건물(10)에서 인접하는 건물(20)의 옥상으로 안전하게 대피하도록 안전통로를 형성하는 안전난간(500); 상기 함체(100)의 일측에 설치되어 건물(10)의 옥상과 함체(100)의 상부를 연결하는 사다리(600); 상기 함체(100)의 상부에 설치되어 회전조절부재(300)와 신축조절부재(400)의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러(700)를 포함하여 구성된다.
