APPARATUS OF MANUFACTURING FIBER REINFORCED ASPHALT CONCRETE
The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture fiber reinforced asphalt concrete, comprising: an aggregate feeding unit to feed aggregates to a mixer; a short fiber material feeding unit to segment a short fiber material and feed the cut short fiber material to the mixer; and the mixer including an agitator for mixing the aggregates, asphalt, and the short fiber material. According to the present invention, as a short fiber material is generated by cutting a continuous type long fiber, the generated short fiber material is inputted into the mixer to be mixed with other component materials including aggregates. Accordingly, since a fixed amount of the short fiber member is correctly inputted, the short fiber member is uniformly mixed with other component materials without being agglomerated to reinforce coupling force and tensile force of asphalt concrete, thereby providing fiber reinforced asphalt concrete with high crack resistance.
본 발명은 섬유보강 아스콘의 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 혼합 믹서에 골재를 공급하는 골재 공급부와; 상기 혼합 믹서에 분절되고 있는 단섬유재를 공급하는 단섬유재 공급부와; 상기 골재와, 상기 아스팔트와 상기 단섬유재를 혼합하는 교반기가 구비된 상기 혼합 믹서를; 포함하여 구성되어, 연속 형태의 장섬유를 실시간으로 절단하여 단섬유재로 생성하면서, 생성된 단섬유재를 혼합 믹서에 투입하여, 골재를 포함하는 다른 구성 재료들과 혼합하도록 구성함에 따라, 정해진 정량만큼 혼합 믹서에 정확하게 투입되어 단섬유재가 뭉치지 않고 다른 구성 재료들과 균등하게 혼합되어, 아스콘의 결속력과 인장력을 보강하여 균열 저항성이 높은 섬유보강 아스콘의 제조 장치를 제공한다.
