Manufacturing method of porcelain with cinnabar glaze patterns
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cinnabar pattern pottery comprising: a step of applying cinnabar glaze to an upper part of a base layer of pottery which is preliminarily sintered; a step of forming a cinnabar glaze layer of a transparent state on the upper part of the base layer by secondarily sintering the base layer on which the cinnabar glaze is applied in a neutral environment; and a step of forming a pattern on the cinnabar glaze layer by selectively irradiating a laser to the cinnabar glaze layer of the transparent state. The present invention can form the pattern by selectively melting the cinnabar glaze layer with laser irradiation; and can change color of the pattern to red color. The present invention is able to rapidly and easily form a cinnabar pattern by selectively carving the pattern on the cinnabar glaze layer with the laser, and at the same time, changing the color of the pattern to the red color; and is able to provide excellent productivity without an additional sintering process.
본 발명은, 성형되어 1차 소성된 도자기의 소지층 상부에 진사유(진사 유약(glaze))을 시유하는 단계와, 상기 진사유가 시유된 소지층을 중성 분위기에서 2차 소성하여 상기 소지층 상부에 투명한 상태의 진사유약층이 형성되게 하는 단계 및 상기 투명 상태의 진사유약층에 레이저를 선택적으로 조사하여 상기 진사유약층에 문양을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 레이저 조사에 의해 상기 진사유약층이 선택적으로 용융되면서 상기 문양이 형성되고 적색으로 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진사 문양 도자기의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 레이저를 이용하여 진사유약층에 선택적으로 문양을 새김과 동시에 적색으로 변하므로 빠르고 쉽게 진사 문양을 형성할 수 있고, 추가적인 소성 과정이 요구되지 않아 생산성이 우수하다.
