FIREPROOF FILLING ELEMENT USING EXPANDED GRAPHITE
The present invention provides a fireproof filler using expanded graphite that is capable of providing excellent construction quality while shortening construction time by improving construction convenience. The fireproof filler according to the present invention includes: expanded graphite inserted with a compound between graphite layers to expand by heat applied from the outside; a polymer matrix containing a polyurethane mixed with the expanded graphite being dispersed and preventing scattering of the expanded graphite upon expansion; and a flame-retardant additive including at least one of aluminum hypophosphite (APA), calcium sulfate and glass fiber mixed in the polymer matrix to improve the flame retardancy of the polyurethane.
본 발명은 팽창흑연을 이용한 내화충전재에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 팽창흑연을 이용한 내화충전재는 외부로부터 인가되는 열에 의해 팽창하도록 흑연층 사이에 화합물이 삽입된 팽창흑연;과, 상기 팽창흑연이 분산 혼합되는 폴리우레탄을 포함하고, 상기 팽창흑연의 팽창시 비산을 방지하는 고분자매트릭스; 및 상기 폴리우레탄의 난연성을 향상시키도록 상기 고분자매트릭스에 혼합되는 APA(Aluminum hypophosphite)과 황산칼슘 및 유리섬유 중 적어도 어느 하나가 포함된 난연 첨가제;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
