Heat radiated grapheme sheet and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a heat-dissipating graphene sheet and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a heat-dissipating graphene sheet which is thin and excellent in durability, and ensures remarkably improved thermal conductivity and excellent heat-dissipating properties. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. Accordingly, the heat-dissipating graphene sheet can be widely applied to industries requiring heat-dissipating properties. To this end, the production method comprises the following steps: (1) firing a graphene sheet including a graphene plate; (2) plate-pressing the fired graphene sheet; and (3) roll-pressing the plate-pressed graphene sheet to produce the heat-dissipating graphene sheet.
본 발명은 방열 그래핀 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 두께가 얇고, 내구성이 우수하며, 열전도도가 현저히 향상된 동시에 방열특성이 우수한 방열 그래핀 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 따라, 방열 특성이 요구되는 산업 전반에 널리 응용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a heat-dissipating graphene sheet and a production method thereof.
