Pallet drainage apparatus in mechanical parking lot
The present invention relates to a pallet drainage apparatus which is capable of draining water or oil that is generated when vehicles park in a mechanical parking facility due to various oils leaking from the vehicles or due to rain water or snow accumulated on the vehicles when raining or snowing, thereby providing efficient operation of the mechanical parking facility. The pallet drainage apparatus for the mechanical parking facility according to the present invention includes: a parking pallet having guide portions provided as two guide grooves that are formed in a longitudinal direction of the pallet to be spaced apart from each other by a length corresponding to a width of the vehicle, such that when the vehicle enters the pallet, deviation of the vehicle is prevented and movement of vehicle wheels are guided, the pallet having a center portion provided between the two guide grooves so as to face the bottom of the vehicle, wherein the center portion of the pallet has a first inclined surface formed to be inclined downward from longitudinal opposite ends of the pallet toward a center of the pallet, the first inclined surface has a first drain hole formed therein so as to allow water or various oil generated by the vehicle to be discharged therethrough, each of the guide portions has a second inclined surface formed to be inclined downward from the longitudinal opposite ends of the pallet toward the center of the pallet, the second inclined surface has a second drain hole formed therein so as to allow the water or various oil generated in the vehicle to be discharged therethrough, and the pallet has a storage tank provided at a lower portion thereof and storing the water or oil discharged through the first drain hole and the second drain hole therein.
본 발명은 기계식 주차 설비에서의 팔레트 배수 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 기계식 주차 설비에서의 팔레트 배수 장치는, 폭방향 가장자리 부분에는 자동차가 팔레트로 진입시 자동차의 이탈을 방지하고, 자동차 바퀴의 이동을 가이드하기 위해 두개의 가이드 홈이 자동차의 폭에 대응하는 길이만큼 서로 이격되어 길이방향으로 형성되는 가이드부와, 두개의 가이드 홈 사이에 자동차의 저면과 맞보도록 구비되는 중앙부가 주차용 팔레트에 설치되며, 상기 팔레트의 중앙부에는, 팔레트의 길이방향 양 끝단에서 팔레트의 중심부 쪽으로 하향 경사를 이루는 제1 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 제1 경사면에는 자동차에서 발생된 물 또는 각종 오일류가 배출되도록 제1 배수구가 형성되고, 상기 팔레트의 가이드부에는, 상기 팔레트의 길이방향 양 끝단에서 팔레트의 중심부로 쪽으로 하향 경사를 이루는 제2 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 제2 경사면에는 자동차에서 발생된 물 또는 각종 오일류가 배출되도록 제2 배수구가 형성되고, 상기 팔레트 하부에는 상기 제1 배수구 및 상기 제2 배수구로 배출되는 물이나 오일류를 저장하는 저장탱크가 구비된다.
