HOOD LATCH APPARATUS
Disclosed is a hood latch apparatus capable of opening a hood in a room by two stages and preventing re-locking. According to the present invention, the hood latch apparatus comprises: a base having a moving groove part to guide movement of a striker; a latch gear installed in the base to be able to rotate and restricting the striker inserted into the moving groove part as a first stage; a first detent lever installed in the base to be able to rotate, having a locking step part to restrict the latch gear, and connected to a wire; a second detent lever installed in the first detent lever to be able to rotate, coming in contact with the latch gear, and changing a rotational angle in accordance with a rotational position of the latch gear; a restriction lever installed in the base to be able to rotate, restricting the striker released from the latch gear as a second stage, restricted to the second detent lever as the second detent lever is rotated when the latch gear is released and rotated, and rotated to release second stage restriction of the striker when the first detent lever is pulled by the wire in a state of being restricted in the second detent lever; and a memory lever part installed in the base to be able to rotate, restricting the restriction lever to allow the restriction lever to maintain a released state of the striker, and releasing the restriction of the restriction lever in accordance with rotation by pressing of the striker when the striker is inserted into the moving groove part.
후드래치 장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 후드래치 장치는: 스트라이커의 이동을 안내하는 이동홈부가 형성되는 베이스; 베이스에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 이동홈부에 인입되는 스트라이커를 1단 구속하는 래치기어; 베이스에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 래치기어를 구속하도록 걸림턱부가 형성되고, 와이어가 연결되는 제1 디텐트레버; 제1 디텐트레버에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 래치기어에 접촉되고, 래치기어의 회전 위치에 따라 회전각도가 변경되는 제2 디텐트레버; 베이스에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 래치기어에서 해제되는 스트라이커를 2단 구속하고, 래치기어의 해제 회전시 제2 디텐트레버가 회전됨에 따라 제2 디텐트레버에 구속되고, 제2 디텐트레버에 구속된 상태에서 제1 디텐트레어가 와이어에 의해 당겨지면 스트라이커의 2단 구속을 해제하도록 회전되는 구속레버; 및 베이스에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 구속레버가 스트라이커의 해제 상태를 유지하도록 구속레버를 구속하고, 스트라이커가 이동홈부로 인입될 때에 스트라이커의 가압에 의해 회전됨에 따라 구속레버의 구속을 해제하는 메모리레버부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
