FLOORING MAT HAVING IMPROVED NON-SLIP PROPERTY DURABILITY AND CONSTRUCTABILITY AND THE MANUFACTURING MRTHOD THEROF
The present invention relates to a nonslip flooring material comprises: a base layer including a floor contact surface part (110) in contact with a floor on which the flooring material is installed and an upper interface part (120); and a nonslip layer (200) having one surface in comparison with the upper interface part (120) of the base layer (100), and having a corrugated part (210) formed with convex and concave parts (211, 212) formed on the other surface. The density of a part having the convex part (211) on the other surface of the nonslip layer (200) is greater than that of a part having the concave part (212), thereby providing an advantage of improving constructability and durability.
본 발명에 따른 미끄럼방지용 바닥판재는 바닥재가 시공될 바닥과 접촉되는 바닥접촉면부(110) 및 상부연접부(120)를 갖는 베이스층(100); 및 일 면이 상기 베이스층(100)의 상부연접부(120)와 접촉되며, 타 면에는 볼록부(211) 및 오목부(212)로 형성된 요철부(210)가 구비된 미끄럼방지층(200);을 포함하며, 상기 미끄럼방지층(200)의 타 면은 상기 볼록부(211)가 형성된 부분의 밀도가 상기 오목부(212)가 형성된 부분의 밀도보다 높게 형성됨으로써 내구성 및 시공성이 향상된 장점을 갖는다.
