One embodiment of the present invention relates to a door hinge assembly for a vehicle, having waterproof and seismic performances. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the door hinge assembly for a vehicle comprises: a first bracket coupled to a chassis and having a hinge shaft; a second bracket coupled to a door and coupled to the hinge shaft of the first bracket to be able to rotate; a cam member coupled to the second bracket and having a plurality of grooves formed on a bottom surface; a housing coupled to the first bracket on the lower side of the cam member; an actuator received in the housing; and a slide disposed on the upper side of the actuator, coupled to the housing to be able to slide in order to surround the upper part of the actuator, and selectively engaged with any one of the grooves.
