STEEL CAGE UNIT FOR PILE SELF CURING PILE UNIT AND PILE FOUNDATION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a steel cage unit for pile, which uses heating of an electric heating wire to reduce curing time of a concrete insert and the entire construction time, a self-curing pile unit, and a pile foundation method using the same. According to the present invention, the steel cage unit for pile comprises: a steel cage at least partially inserted into a buried hole formed on the ground; an electric heating wire receiving current to generate heat in order to heat the concrete insert, which is inserted into the buried hole to surround the part of the steel cage inserted into the buried hole; and a power supply module disposed on the ground to be electrically connected to the electronic heating wire in order to supply the current to the electric heating wire.
본 발명은 전열선의 발열을 이용하여 콘크리트 주입물의 양생 시간 및 전체 시공 시간을 단축할 수 있는 말뚝용 철근 케이지 유닛과, 자기 양생 말뚝 유닛 및 이를 이용한 말뚝 기초 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 말뚝용 철근 케이지 유닛은, 지반에 형성되는 매립 구멍에 적어도 일부가 삽입되는 철근 케이지와, 매립 구멍에 주입되어 철근 케이지의 매립 구멍에 삽입된 부분을 둘러싸는 콘크리트 주입물을 가열하기 위해 전류를 공급받아 발열할 수 있도록 철근 케이지에 감기는 전열선과, 전열선에 전류를 공급하기 위해 전열선과 전기적으로 연결되도록 지상에 배치되는 전원공급모듈을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a steel cage unit for pile, which uses heating of an electric heating wire to reduce curing time of a concrete insert and the entire construction time, a self-curing pile unit, and a pile foundation method using the same. According to the present invention, the steel cage unit for pile comprises: a steel cage at least partially inserted into a buried hole formed on the ground; an electric heating wire receiving current to generate heat in order to heat the concrete insert, which is inserted into the buried hole to surround the part of the steel cage inserted into the buried hole; and a power supply module disposed on the ground to be electrically connected to the electronic heating wire in order to supply the current to the electric heating wire.
